WOW what a great store! Fully stocked with workers pharmacy staff and the shelves were NOT bare. I am now a customer after shopping elsewhere for 6 years....Thank you CVS!

I'm seeing all of these bad reviews, but when I go, I have no issues. As a matter of fact, Nadine showed me where I had an extra $2 coupon and bought my bill down even more. Kudos to her.

I've been through the drive-thru pharmacy here a few times and inside as well, I've only ever had great customer service. I'm very surprised to see the low rating on here. The only negative is that there's always a line and they're always busy, but they move people quickly so I still don't mind that. I'm glad I ignored the reviews and send my prescriptions here.

I've been dealing with CVS for a long time. They are highly professional in an always busy work environment. When I call they are also professional. They handle me and my late mom's requests in a timely and caring manner. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work and dedication given (even through COVID) customer service did not lack.

It takes a long time to get through to a human. When i do get through to someone, it's as if I'm still talking to the machine. This CVS always messes up my prescriptions. They refill the ones I haven't asked for, even though I keep telling them not to autofill anything, and I have adjusted the settings on their app accordingly. I used to get all my prescriptions across the street at Safeway, and they never once had a problem. Now this CVS tells me I can't refill one because I already did a week ago! I've had to call my insurer to see what they can do. CVS is telling me I picked it up and that I "must have lost it, It couldn't possibly be their mistake."

Great store. Substandard pharmacy. Didn't deactivate an old Rx dosage so they filled it instead of the current dosage that I've gotten for 3 months.

Whoever answered my call is very rude and not pleasant to deal with. She not only speaks in a rude tone but she also did not even look up my information to answer my question. I am a pharmacy technician myself, I actually left CVS two months ago after 2 years. Our technicians were not allowed to speak to people like that, and needless to say I'd hope it's not a pharmacist. Do better!

i have been waiting ALL day for a prescription and it has not been filled. after i used your locations minute clinic. Pharmacy lets it’s phone ring all day. no answer. extremely rude staff. i talked to one lady on the phone she was very nice and apologized for the other staffs behavior.

OMG I just want to speak to a person to find out if my prescription is ready. This is SO FRUSTRATING. Cannot get through to a human. Have tried 4 times now and they keep hanging up on me!!!!!

My doctor sent over an electronic prescription. I went right over to the Eldersburg CVS afterwards. They said they had just gotten the prescription and it would be an hour. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours later, I go back and it isn’t ready. They say it will be another 30 minutes. Apparently it takes three hours to fill one prescription for a simple antibiotic.

I went in the evening to pick up my perscription after I had given it to them in the afternoon the previous day. I first went up to the regular window, and then was told to go the the drop off window. There, I was served by a very rude employee with a horrible attitude. Her name was Sophie/Sophia something like that. She was telling me about me perscription and how there was something missing from my insurance. I was simply trying to ask about what the issue was specifically but I got no answer and she told me to call my insurance with a heavy sigh. She clearly didn't want to be there ?.

They need to hire more staff. The pharmacy literally never answers the phone. You wait and wait on hold indefinitely. If you have a quick question you’re better off going in, incredibly inconvenient.

Was just there...I was not unlucky enough to be "served" by the tall woman with the brunette ponytail. She was clearly frustrated (as an employee), and so truly should not have been "helping" other customers. She proved to tick off 2 separate customers while I watched, helpless. One customer said "you don't have to be rude" and she said "I'm not being rude!" Hellloooo... if you have to say that....The other woman she didn't help had her teen daughter with her. She was getting enough disrespect from the daughter in the first place... this added insult to injury. Left with a bad taste in my mouth, and it's not because I have a sore throat (the reason for my visit in the first place). Will avoid this store for awhile.

pharmacy staff are rude and not helpful. have had a perscription that they currently do not have in stock and have no clue when they’ll get it in. refuse to call when they get it back in stock, saying i have to check. staff are impatient and don’t seem like they want to be thereedit: after a month of not having it they magically filled my prescription tonight around 4. the employee didn’t even check to see if they had the meds, just asked the lead pharmacist if they had it and she had quite the attitude anyways. transferring to a different pharmacy after this headache

Called Nov 16, 2022 at 4:10pm and held for 25mins until a person picked up. I asked if my mother’s medicine was ready for pickup and was told they were all out of it until Monday. I then spoke to the pharmacist “Lynn” about it who was extremely rude!! This location is horrible for receiving calls and customer service!! DO NOT HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED AT THIS ELDERSBURG, MD LOCATION!!
