To the pharmacist that helped me find something for my poison ivy spread—thank you so much. What a relief. Super helpful guy, I only glanced at his name tag, I think it said junior pharmacist.

Is there an actual number to call to speak to a human and not a nightmarish robot?

If I could give a ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD. I went into this cvs to get pain killers. Once I found them my friend and I head to the self-check out and PAID for them. I had to go to the bathroom, so I asked the employee, who keep in mind SAW ME PAYING FOR MY STUFF, where it was. (She was at the check out register next to self-check out). I put my PAID for Naproxen Sodium in my bag, hand it to my friend and go to the bathroom. Once I finished my business I see two white employees talking to my POC friend. She told me they followed her around the store and talked loudly saying, “The police are gonna find out unless she wanted to take it out of the bag now.” (she was smirking and being very rude). I walk up and show my apple pay receipt and she had to double check even after seeing that. Realizing it’s paid for, she doesn’t even apologize, she says “next time you need to get a receipt”, and walks off rudely. Why is there an option for “no receipt” if I supposedly need one? Would’ve have at least appreciated an apology LOL. 0/5 CVS…

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Eldersburg CVS pharmacy. The drive-through and in-person pick-up are painfully slow, often leaving me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time just to get my medications. This inefficiency is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry or not feeling well.
To make matters worse, calling the pharmacy is practically useless. Instead of speaking to a human, you're forced to leave a voicemail, which may or may not be returned at the employees' leisure. This lack of direct communication is unacceptable and adds another layer of inconvenience.
Due to these ongoing issues, I've decided to move all my medications to another pharmacy. It's a shame that such poor service has forced me to take this step, but the consistent delays and lack of responsiveness have left me with no other choice. I hope CVS management takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their service.

I always have a good experience at the Eldersburg CVS! They always help me at checkout and ask me if I need anything while I’m looking.

My Eldersburg MD CVS has the best customer service. People are so helpful and willing to help with all your needs. The store is always so clean and signs are easy to read. Someone will always drop what they are doing to help. I know there was an issue with the L’Oreal products being stolen but I would just love if you would bring them all back into my store. Even though I can usually order them on line which I love. Sometimes going into the store makes me remember items I need or just want. Otherwise always amazing service!

A long overdue review. I’ve wanted to leave a review of the CVS in Eldersburg for a while. The men and women in the pharmacy at CVS are always so nice and friendly. They’re always so helpful when I go in. I recently got some pictures developed there too and those came out great. Thank you you CVS!

Pharmacy personnel have no clue what they're doing after being told to wait 20 minutes went to pickup counter they sent me to drop off counter to be told that it'll be another 20 minutes. Ridiculous service when you are in dire need of the medication. Get your prescription filled where they care for you.

They wouldn't take my cash to pay for a prescription until I opted in/out of their electronic marketing and signed. I just wanted to pay for my prescription and leave, but I was being forced into opting out of something I never asked for. So I left and they will lose my business forever. I refuse to support STUPID businesses.

Most convenient location to my home to pickup prescriptions. CONSISTENTLY receive txt messages saying prescriptions are ready for pickup and they are not when I arrive. Either on back order or not the full amount.
Its insulting that I have to play question relay with the cashier and pharmacists. The entire system is broken and in no way has this location assisted me in any way.

Never been to a slower or more incompetent pharmacy. The workers look like they’re going in slow motion. And they CONSTANTLY make mistakes with your prescription. Horrible.

This must be the worst CVS in MD. They tell us when a script will be ready. We go to pick it up. It's not ready. Tells us to come back tomorrow. We go home. Just as we get home we get a text saying it ready!

My prescription is on auto fill and I’ve been waiting since yesterday to get my meds. Show up in person and it’s not ready and the pharmacist was extremely rude. Please take your business somewhere else. I’m moving my scripts. This is by far the worst one I’ve dealt with and I’ve used CVs for years.
