I have visited the minute clinic a few times and the nurses, and nurse practioners were helpful. No problems making an appointment or checking in. I'm not sure of the concierge person. He seemed to selectively speak to people. It's unfortunate that you can not call or message if you have a follow up question.

Absolutely love our neighborhood CVS! The staff is kind, helpful, always goes the extra mile for my kids. The store is clean and stocked. Love love love this CVS!!
