I've taken my family's cars to Phil's since I moved to Carroll County in 1992 and continue to do so. Parts and labor prices are more than fair. In my view, not a better repair shop in the area.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE! My car broke down and I was from out of town , dealing with a sick parent , and Ron went OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME AND IN A TIMELY MANNER AS WELL AS GAVE ME A GREAT DISCOUNT ! Saved my life !

There's nothing better than going to a small business repair shop. I have dealt with so many of the chain repair shops and dealerships in the past. At those places, you feel like a number. Going to Bill and Phil’s, I felt like they not only cared about the issues with my vehicle but also about me as a person. I will definitely be going back to them!Service: Brakes

Took our GMC Denali in because it was saying low coolant and Phil said we needed a new fuel pump and radiator which we did and it was $989 and then in June it was leaking oil in several spots in our driveway and I took it back to him and he said we needed a new radiator and I said you just put a new one on in January and he said I did not put a new radiator on this car and I said he did and I had the receipt. Then he called me and said he put a sealant on it to hold until we got back from the beach and it did not hold and we had to take it to someone else and that person told me and showed me that Phil's shop had not put new bolts on the new radiator and used the old ones and that is why it was leaking in my driveway, and it cost us another $1,000 to have it properly repaired!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
