My parents have banked with this bank at this location for at least ten years. No over drafts, nothing bad happened;theyre good clients. My mom goes to put a check in and why 8 days later she has no access to her funds. We are talking over 50 grand. My aunt who got the same amount written to her got her money the next day. I know when i verified checks at my work its a simple phone call and i dealt with big checks.. Not this branch they lie and play games with your money. We were told two days after depositing it that wed have access to some funds which was a lie. That same day we deposited the check we were told that following monday we could access 5 grand. Another lie! They dont care and clearly dont know what theyre talking about. Dont go here !!! Truist is so much better

Came into the bank bc of fraud issues on my card. They could not have cared less. They would not help me get a temporary card. And just told me to sit in the lobby and wait. I did that for 20 minutes before walking out. Every time I go to this branch it’s the same story

Rodney, one of the bank managers helped me today with a difficult issue. He was understanding, patient, and very helpful. Rodney restored my faith. There are still caring people. Customer service is a very rare thing anymore. Thanks for your help today.

I've been a BOA customer for 16 years now and the their efficiency and availability is one of the main reasons I remain. The trip to this location was impromptu as I left the Walmart and realized that they weren't just an ATM location but a full financial center. We went in, was greeted by someone on sight, and once I explained what brought me into the branch I was taking to a cubicle immediately. Peter was being trained and I believe we were seen by the actual branch manager. As per usual, BOA is always on the cutting edge with their financial products & options. We were able to take care of 3 separate issues all at once and the process was seamless and we were not there long at all. I chose BOA 16 years ago because of their prominence and accessibility in different states, my oldest was going to be headed to college out of state and I needed a bank that anyone in the family in various states could get money to her quickly if necessary, they haven't let me down yet. I'm forever a BOA fan!

I have been a customer at this branch for over a decade. Tellers that I have dealt with have always been friendly and helpful. Stephanie (one of the two Stephanie's for which I can't remember her last name) patiently helped us through several appointments dealing with fraud. In recent years it has been very disappointing that the drive through was closed and that there have not been enough tellers to manage the line. I was also disappointed that the drive through was not reopened during the COVID-19 situation, and that instead the branch was closed and now I have to drive half an hour to Westminster to do things I can't do at the ATM. I hope things improve.

Bank of America, while providing many resources, is still living in the 1980’s. My 15 year old has an account (Under me) with an ATM card (under me). She lost her card and I wanted to come in and get it replaced. As a parent, it would seem logical for me to go in and replace it. Incredibly, BOA requires Her, a minor, to come in so they can “authenticate” her. Really? How ridiculous! During a national crisis, they still require a minor to come in with a parent.

I have been using this branch for the last 3 years and I used the drive thru all the time. A brand new "Nice" unmarked narrow drive thru got me. Damaged my wheel, because someone decide to renovate the drive thru and make it more narrow than before. Also they put no markings about the new high curb on the right. If you are with SUV or TRUCK and to make the left turn after the ATM possible, you have to go a little right so you will not run your left rear tire over the curb. Well guess what you will find on the right while trying to avoid the curb on the left. You are right another nice unpainted curb. I don't know since when they have it, but the curb is already black from tire marks all around. This means I'm not the only victim of someone who has to look for another job. I went there to deposit $400 and ended up with $250 of rim damages. Thank you BoA for taking care of my money

If there was a negative choice in stars would have selected! Last 3 times at bank 7-11 people in line and only 1 teller working. Twice someone was in the lobby trying to get those in line to use the ATM. Today all 7 said not interested. He continued standing in the lobby with another employee and both watched us in line while he was showing her something on the computer. There was another teller just counting money during this time. I have used Bank of America since 1985 but it is now time to change banking institutions.

Christopher was great -- 100%. The reviews are way off -- I am moving my entire business banking here -- this is a solid place to bank.
