Very professional, and they took care of me right away. The lobby area was clean, and so was the bathroom. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places or a dealership.

I would have given 5 stars because I have used them in the past however, I don't understand the website that clearly states make an appointment online or ask a question. I sent a question and did not get a response and decided to drive over only to find out there is no appointment service just first come first serve. Only one person that could do an alignment? I don't know but I truly believe you should stand by what is written on the website and if this is no longer the case, redo the website. IMHO

Got tires here the other day one was out of round from the factory (not their fault I buy cheep tires). They checked all it after taking back for a shake and replaced the faulty tire no questions asked. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure.

They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff who do their best for you. I bought a set of tires from them a couple of years ago and they were reasonably priced including installation. Two years later I blew one of those tires out when I ran over sharp object. They replaced it with a tire that was almost the same since the previous model was no longer made. No worries, it was close enough. The new tire was more expensive than the previous ones, but I chalked that up to inflation and it being a slightly different model. Both times they changed the tires while I waited, which was great. Today they changed my front brakes and rotors. I didn't expect it to be $500, but that's what it costs these days I guess. $240 of it was labor even though I think they got it done in about an hour. I dropped it off at 7 am when they open and they called me at about 2 pm to let me know they were about to begin. Then they called me at about 3 pm to let me know they were done. I was hoping it would be about $100 less than it was, but at least I know they did the job well and used good parts. All in all, they aren't the cheapest place, but they will do the job right. They are very trustworthy and won't screw you around. I wish they did appointments, but even though they don't, they will most likely have your car ready the same day. Highly recommended for tires and brakes.

Very reasonably priced and they have great customer service. After my tires were rotated here my lugnut key mysteriously disappeared. Of course there's no way I could prove it was them and I wasn't even sure myself, but they offered to break the lugnuts off and put the replacements I bought on for free.Highly recommend as they have great customer service.

Can't beat it. Professional people that are very friendly and helpful.When it comes to tires they have an auto store and a commercial store. They'll come rescue you with their truck and change your tires or put a new one on.D& D the best I have found!
