This is by the worst pharmacy ever. The worst customer service. If you can avoid it I would. We went there to refill a prescription and they wouldn’t refill a prescription early even though they were able to and the insurance authorized it. The child needs medication for school. The worst !

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional I had an incident with my medication they gave my medication to someone else..when I called to refill my prescription the guy who answered the phone his name was Matt not Customer service friendly I ask for his last name he refuse to give me his last name I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to no one!!!

I came to this place to purchase pain medication for a combat injury.I was verbally threatened and almost physically attacked by a customer today. He screamed and called me a racist because I stepped around him to get a drink out of a refrigerator he was not using. He is black. I never said a single thing racist to him. In this part of the country it is assumed that if you are white and accused by a black person of being a racist, it must be true.The manager-another black guy named Jayden accused me of causing the conflict. I told him to never speak to me again and that if he takes the side of an irrational person just because he has the same skin color-he is a racist too. Jayden did not care about facts, just racism. After I told him I'd never return to this store, he told me to never come back. I really should have called the police, but it was so stupid I kept waiting for candid camera.If you are white and enjoy good mental Health shop at CVS.

I came in today with my kids and was having troubles at the register. An employee named Ella was super helpful and she was patient. I literally wanted to cry but she handled the situation effortlessly! I greatly appreciate her for all her assistance! God bless her!

I have gotten my medicine here for years. This time I went in after getting a text it was ready and I was told insurance wouldn’t cover it till sunday, which they are closed on. Monday morning I go to pick it up and they say it wasn’t ready. I asked when it would be ready and they said “not for a while”.Medicine is something people need. You can’t just decide that I don’t need it.

Great location BUT NOT great hours! Their pharmacy store hours are so unpredictable! I have been trying to get my prescriptions for over 2 weeks but because they close at 6pm the same time I get off and they're not open on the weekends makes it very challenging for the working class people who are at a distant and without any explanation as to why their pharmacy store hours changes. It has been a serious inconvenience!

NOT great hours! Their pharmacy store hours are so unpredictable! It has been a serious inconvenience! The website says one thing but when you get there they have it written on paper which is tacky and unprofessional. I am still trying to figure out why this location is the ONLY Walgreens whose pharmacy store hours doesn't reflect the time given on their website! Needless to say I will never use this pharmacy ever again!

Kevin poor customer service # Edgewood. Same FedEx package I always mail. He discouraged me from sending. "May not get there." When I insisted he scan turns out just did not have scanner at register.

We went to the Walgreens in Edgewood on Pulaski HWY so my kids could receive their Covid booster shots. My 4 year old had an epic meltdown, and even though we stayed patient it was still tough getting him through it. We let them pick out a toy afterwards, and finally got them to calm down. The store manager comped their toys I guess because he wanted to do something nice for us since he saw how much we were struggling to get them through the process. It really shocked me and warmed my heart that people still take notice when everyday parents struggle to get through stressful situations. Thank you so much for noticing and caring. We will def come back to do our business in that particular store.

Went to Pharmacy on Monday after being closed all weekend and they have several hundred prescriptions to fill. Took six hours to get my script. There were almost twenty cars in drive thru. I am switching to a different pharmacy that is opened on weekends and can fill within an hour. This is just ridiculous. Even the staff was complaining bc they are so overwhelmed on Monday. This isn’t right Walgreens!!! I’ve been a consumer for twenty years and now I must switch pharmacy’s bc you refuse to properly staff your pharmacy in Edgewood to be able to handle the “few hundred prescriptions” they must catch up on, on Monday after being closed all weekend. Also, why would a pharmacy as big as Walgreens be closed on the weekends? Don’t your realize illnesses requiring medication are needed on the weekend as well? So disappointed in this Walgreens.

Pharmacy hours have been limited to 6:30 PM Monday thru Friday. So they're not open Saturday and Sunday. That means if you work a job till 6 you better rush to the pharmacy to get your meds. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't know whether its corporate just being useless and not hiring enough people or what. I know pharmacy techs that have complained about their pay rate there. They're probably also limiting hours for pharmacy techs. Nothing like crippling your pharmacy and putting that much of a load on one pharmacist. Moronic.

They are very expensive on some items. But is very good to shop for items. Customers service is so professional.
