A package was delivered in error to my house. Then the postal carrier came back with an attitude that I had the package that he delivered. The interaction was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wish there was a way to never use the United States postal service again. Perhaps the carrier should look for a new job if they cannot be accurate in deliveries or polite when talking to customers and then blame the customer about his own mistake.

Had to ship an item from an Ebay sale, wasn't sure what box to use based off of the pre-paid label. Worker was nice and helped me out. No lines, either.

I have nothing bad to say about the Edgewood Post office. I get all of my mail and deliveries on time. Whenever I have to go in to the lobby, Lamar It's fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. Keep up the great work!

They FAIL to deliver mail. I have to use the mailing address of a family member in Douglasville in order to receive my packages on time and consistently! I’ve never experienced so many missing packages until I moved to this area. The location is disgusting and outdated, the workers seem to not care and are not helpful when it comes to problem-solving. This is by far the WORST usps I’ve ever experienced.

Please,do not deal with this particular post ofc..I ordered a tablet ,the carrier took it to a wrong address (so they say) or kept it for him/her self.Tried 2 days in a row to contact this particular post ofc., No One ever picks up!! So some one has a brand new tablet they didnt pay for!!!

Lamar is always courteous, helpful and friendly. As for the others...they need they need attitude adjustments, especially the females.As for the contact numbers the entire system is trash. Can never actually contact a live person!!!!!

Lamar is the best in the office! As for our mail delivery people, we have only had a couple mix-ups in the years we've been here in Edgewood. Thank you, Edgewood postal workers :)

After waiting 25+ minutes for the worker individual to let 3 others pass by before allowing me to walk to the counter, I was only there because I placed a yellow card to hold the Mail that was supposed to be delivered several days ago. It appears that they are very incompetent at doing any job at this facility. Also very rude as well.

This post service office is by far the worst. They always keep my mail for more than a week and delivering every package late.

Really, how mediocre can you get? If you can't lift a box and its too heavy for you then don't gotta be extra. Absolutely no reason to act like that ugh. Also slow as hell service like always, same lady I was just talking about sounded like she was having a fun chat with a coworker in the back room. Are these workers even supervised at all? I feel bad poor Lamar has to deal with this, I always have a good experience with him.
