I ship multiple items a month at this post office and have never had a problem with the service. My guess is that most of the bad reviews come from the actual local delivery.
The staff inside here though are always alright, the clerk (Lamar is his name, I think) is always friendly.

I've never had any issues when walking in to this office. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; definitely doesn't deserve the low rating.

If I can give a 0 star I would , very terrible customer service. The lady with the pink hair is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to person in general. She always has an attitude!

I’ve called and spoke to the post master but this guy is continually walking through my flower bed. It’s rude and unacceptable. I’m never one to complain, but this makes no sense. I have several videos of him walking through my flowerbed

Remove mailbox. On Steven dr. Have no Way to receive.or send mail. Where is our mailbox. What happened to our mail deliveries. We are handicap residents and RELY on THAt mail. Etc. Doctor , medication. Bills. What is the Problem. Marge

Without a DOUBT the worst branch I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with! Literally ANY time I’m getting a package from them I end up having to call when it’s shown as delivered. The normal mail carrier is GREAT, but anytime he’s not working it all goes to hell. It’s near impossible to get a REAL phone number for this location and based off of my dealings and the numerous other horrible reviews I read this is probably by design to avoid an onslaught of angry customers. When you finally get someone at this location you are treated with another heavy dose of ineptitude. No one knows anything and when they ask you for tracking info and you provide it. Try asking them to repeat it back. THEY CAN’T. Because they never bother to write it down. I’m guessing the theory here is to act like they are assisting you and quickly get you off the phone and hope that someone else answers when you call back even more irate! This place clearly takes pride in its ability to deliver the worst in customer service. It’s unfortunate that my mail carrier can’t work EVERYDAY since he’s the only person there that I believe has a clue as to what he’s doing.

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. I’m not understanding why since the beginning of February I haven’t received my baby’s insurance card. I have signed up for informed delivery and every time it shows on there, it’s not in my mailbox. I requested my baby’s card 3 times this month from his insurance company, and this post office hasn’t delivered not 1 card. It’s very frustrating, smh.

I have been waiting 2 months for my package to be delivered. Today USPS said they delivered my package and of course no package was delivered. I had to drive all the way to the USPS location and the lady with the red hair and glasses told me someone would be dropping it off today. I’m not quite understanding why they stated my package was delivered when it was not? Anyways thank you to the lady at the office for your help!

Post man put attempt delivery notice in my mail box and never did they ring my door bell and my building is right next to the box went to post office as soon as I could I am disabled with no car and mail was sent back! To Australia and pair of uggs !!!! Not cheap!!!!

Horrible customer service!
If I could give them 0 I would!
African American woman with pink hair is rude and acting like she is annoyed with everything and everyone!
We had appointment for passports. Came 10 minutes earlier, just like website said, but it was their lunch time, so they didn't take care of us until our appointment time and gave us hard time that we didn't fill up form(never had problems with it before), I didn't feel it up in time and she canceled my appointment.
Would never come back to that location!
She can't even talk respectfully to her coworkers! Disgusting!

Had a clerk (lady with the pink and blonde hair) tell me that she didn’t know what I wanted her to do about my package that was lost through usps. Came back another day spoke to another clerk that got me in touch with a supervisor who took my name and number but never called/ followed up. Went to check on my lost package again and the lady with the pink and blonde hair said someone would speak to me in 2-3 minutes, then left. I ended up waiting nearly 20 min before the other clerk said it would be best for me to try again at a later time. They don’t care.
