“I was a Mechanic for many years back in the day. It is difficult for me to find a place I can trust to do any work to my vehicles. This place is one of the exceptions. The owner knows what he is doing and he is very honest. I don't go there to try to make friends. The people there will treat you with respect and take care of any issues you have with your car. I have never been over charged and I will be going back in the future.”

I Had an issue with tire installation/ alignment at Aberdeen ntb and they corrected it with out hesitation or prejudice to the fact that the original service was preformed at different location. “I was referred to Dads Tire Shop by another small auto shop whose tire machine was broke down. I left that shop and went straight to Dads. As I pulled in I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by 2 gentleman, a father amd son I believe. I explained my situation, that I had REALLY bad wear on 1 tire, from the issue I had just fixed, to a set of otherwise newish tires. While looking at the tire, with my front wheels turned to the side amd the tread exposed, wouldn't you know there's a screw in a different tire. I'm kinda grateful it happened this way amd didn't require a 2nd trip back + the headache of it. Dads had my truck lifted on Jack's I'm less then 5 minutes and immediately got to work. I was there for about 30-45 minutes with a newish quality brand tire that closely matched the same tread wear on the rest of my existing tires and the other tire plugged. All for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.”

After the tech explained to me about the importance regarding, not plugging this due to safety, I purchased a used tire which was almost new. Over half the price cheaper. Very professional and fair.

“I never left a review of this place but I definitely should have before! My truck started leaking coolant like crazy a couple miles down the road, and I brought it there to check it out. They decided it needed a new hose, so they ran all the way down to Baltimore and picked up a coolant hose and had it on the truck within 2 hours. Also very reasonably priced. I wish repair shops like this were located everywhere, since this was a great experience. If I ever find myself needing work in the area I’ll definitely make my way over!”

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”

“My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around. The experience was the epitome of top-notch customer service. If I lived in the area I happily would go here for regular service and maintenance.”
