Hands down best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The sales director Dan and his sales rep Aliya were beyond a pleasure to work with! If I’m ever in the need for another vehicle, I will only deal with Ourisman Toyota on 40!! I liked Thompson toyota Ourisman? I have nothing nice to say so I won't say it it at all.
In fact I've blocked their number! So they will not be able to call me. The staff is now just as bad as Jones junction

First thing first, the mechanics did a wonderful job on my car. Brake rotor resurface as well as an alignment. Aside from regular scheduled maintenance this was my first time having work done and I am very pleased
I will not take my car to any other Toyota dealership for service. They are great
My initial welcome to Ourisman was with Chris Kusterer who was very patient to go over the car’s features and explain to me in detail what those features could and could not do. He was knowledgeable on the car and as time has passed I have witnessed him be as knowledgeable with other customers cars regarding information.

I’m not sure how you can complete all of the paperwork to purchase a car on Thursday and since you are going on vacation you ask to be able to sign all the paperwork and take the car that Monday. However the bank stuff was never completed from the dealership. Not a very organized place and would not recommend nor would I purchase another car from this dealership. Didn’t even offer to give anything to compensate for their mess up.
