My parents ordered 2 bunk beds on February 12 it was opposed to come in February 15 but it came late 3 days then we waited for my dad to come from work to open it and when we opened the box it was 2 different bunk beds then we went to the store they couldn’t help us they told us to email their manager then we emailed them on Saturday and they texted us back on Monday saying we can’t give your money back and you should’ve gave the bed back to the delivery like are you serious right now my parents weren’t even home and how do they expect a child to tell the man to wait and open the box and give it back like how were we suppose to know it was the wrong one it’s not easy opening a huge box with bunk beds inside. Then they said to bring it back to the store. First of all my dad is at work and 2nd our car is too small to fit the boxes and 3rd my mom can’t pick that up. So then my dad asked his freind to take them to the store with his big car. Then the right bunk bed arrived on Match 2 until then we were sleeping on the floor.Price busters not only wasted so much of our time but also caused so much stressDONT RECOMMENDNEVER COMING BACKJUST GO TO WALMRT AND TARGET ITS WAY CHEAPER AND YOU CAN EVEN RETURN IT AND ITS ALWAYS ON TIME AND not late like price busters.

The drivers that they hired are lazy and are big liars. Never will I purshase anything else from price busters.

I had a nice experience at the Edgewood location. Britt was very helpful and patient. She gave me some great recommendations while also respecting what my tastes were. I went back and forth for a while and she remained patient and professional. I'll happily drive to this location again to work with her for my living set replacement. Give that young lady her flowers plz!

Very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured by the employees to make a purchase. Jammie was the sales associate that assisted me. He was Very informative and helped me pick out the best quality furniture!

In and out 5 star experience with Brit. Worked with me on my size range and budget. Walked in expecting this to be a whole drawn out process and with her help I was on my way out with a beautiful living room set in 30 mins. Thanks to all the helpful employees !

My first experience with the price busters was a great experience this staff was helpful and my furniture was delivered on time. I decided to give them another try not realizing that it was a different location total garbage staff unprofessional and rude ordered a bedroom set August 16, 2021 and February 22, 2022 is when it came missing pecies driver was so quick to leave dumped the furniture and left and didn't not even get my signature to make sure everything was in order will be calling tomorrow I don't even want it come pick it up and I will take my business somewhere else I work extremely hard for my money and this was a bummer beautiful bed but the attitudes of the staff and rude customer service turned me completely off. Where I work I would never talk to some so rude especially when it's your job to help will never go here again.

EDGEWOOD STORE--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM--We ordered and paid $4300 in full on 7/18/21, we told them repeatedly we only wanted 1 delivery not multiple, we had even given them extra time- They informed me that yes "ALL" of the items would be delivered 10/29/21 only the bedroom furniture (of which they kept pushing to be delivered by itself) minus 1 nightstand- they state we will be "compensated" for having to take off work and wait around the whole day after we had called several times to see if the drivers were still out. There is one woman who answers the phone and was very ignorant and rude (yells to coworkers- without regard to covering the phone) to us and when we asked for the manager we were dismissed. I had to give them a fixed deadline (threatened BBB and MD attorney General consumer complaint dept) to deliver our items- of which they did have them delivered on that date-But All items come in boxes and they are beaten up! We were never "compensated" and we still do not have the nightstand that is still MIA. See my 11/14/21 post!!

EDGEWOOD STORE-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM--We ordered and paid $4300 in full on 7/18/21, we told them repeatedly we only wanted 1 delivery not multiple, we had even given them extra time- I have a printed record of all the calls and they informed me that yes "ALL" of the items would be delivered 10/29/21 only the bedroom furniture (of which they kept pushing to be delivered by itself) minus 1 nightstand was delivered- they state we will be "compensated" for having to take off work and wait around the whole day, we had called several times to see if the drivers were still out and we believe that Sofia was the one who answered the phone and was very ignorant and rude to us and when we asked for the manager we were dismissed. I personally went in on 11/3/21 only to be told no, (2 different answers) it still hasn't shipped from the manufacturer/that it was still on the ship (after being told several times that it was in for delivery) and that "there are people who ordered that will not be receiving their items until after January, and that I must have misunderstood what I was told prior", then they blamed covid, it has been 15 weeks for special order "6-8 week delivery" of which the bedroom set was delivered in beat-up boxes (we have to put together) and the drivers leave before you can inspect anything- recommend for your peace of mind to open and inspect everything before being pushed to sign anything. The chest has a busted drawer- fortunately, it is something that we can repair ourselves.
