Don't make purchase with this company very disappointed with how they handle faulty products. I purchased a bed frame and mattress haven't had products more than a month bed frame legs in the center are bending and splitting called the location to inform them and seemed as if they didn't care nor wanted to be bothered by me. everything was put together properly. The store manager proceeded to tell me to email customer service which I did they asked for pictures which I sent and now no response this is just crazy and the bed isn't safe to sleep on at this point.

They need to put a 0 star rating for this business because they just give me 75 dollars of credit from the store and they do nothing for the problem and all the stuff there and I can’t even start with all my damaged shelf bed everything and just 75 dollars of credit they don’t even fix any problems and just say hi let me just give you 75 dollars of credit like that will fix all the money I spent I could of went to the thrift store and the product would be cheaper and in good condition.

My parents ordered 2 bunk beds on February 12 it was opposed to come in February 15 but it came late 3 days then we waited for my dad to come from work to open it and when we opened the box it was 2 different bunk beds then we went to the store they couldn’t help us they told us to email their manager then we emailed them on Saturday and they texted us back on Monday saying we can’t give your money back and you should’ve gave the bed back to the delivery like are you serious right now my parents weren’t even home and how do they expect a child to tell the man to wait and open the box and give it back like how were we suppose to know it was the wrong one it’s not easy opening a huge box with bunk beds inside. Then they said to bring it back to the store. First of all my dad is at work and 2nd our car is too small to fit the boxes and 3rd my mom can’t pick that up. So then my dad asked his freind to take them to the store with his big car. Then the right bunk bed arrived on Match 2 until then we were sleeping on the floor.Price busters not only wasted so much of our time but also caused so much stressDONT RECOMMENDNEVER COMING BACKJUST GO TO WALMRT AND TARGET ITS WAY CHEAPER AND YOU CAN EVEN RETURN IT AND ITS ALWAYS ON TIME AND not late like price busters.

I had a nice experience at the Edgewood location. Britt was very helpful and patient. She gave me some great recommendations while also respecting what my tastes were. I went back and forth for a while and she remained patient and professional. I'll happily drive to this location again to work with her for my living set replacement. Give that young lady her flowers plz!

Very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured by the employees to make a purchase. Jammie was the sales associate that assisted me. He was Very informative and helped me pick out the best quality furniture!

In and out 5 star experience with Brit. Worked with me on my size range and budget. Walked in expecting this to be a whole drawn out process and with her help I was on my way out with a beautiful living room set in 30 mins. Thanks to all the helpful employees !
