visited on june 3rd. opened up at 10:10 am. your representing was on a private phone call the whole time, laughing speaking Spanish. very unprofessional and rude. your other stores always down loaded your phone to another one. not this one. will not recommend this store.

Today I had an issue with my Amazon prime membership through Metro. I was on the phone with Metro customer service and Amazon customer service for hours. After getting no result and being extremely frustrated with both companies, I drove to the Metro store in Woodbridge Center. Rodrigo, the Metro employee, understood my frustration. He contacted customer service & within 5 minutes the issue was corrected! Thank you so much Rodrigo!!! I will definitely suggest a store visit before multiple customer service calls

I called in to ask one simple question and the man who answered the phone was super disrespectful dismissive and condescending!! I was inquiring about an upgrade for my brother and he was really being a j**** That’s exactly why I have AT&T I cannot stand the in person customer service for metro

Love my metro pcs...only phone company ive dealt with for years. I recently was helped at the joppa Md store. My associate..Aisha Khursheed helped me above and beyond what im sure alot of people would return year after year for the type of service i received today. I have always been treated with great kindness at my metro pcs stores. Customer forever...and will definitely be returning to joppa for help from my new friend ..Aisha. Thank you for all your help!!

Literally the worst customer service ive ever seen. They sit there eating and on their phone when you walk in, they are extremely rude every time you speak to them and honestly it seems like they dont WANT buisness...go 4 minutes away to the one on handon road for way better experience, that one is connected to the head store in aberdeen, while this location is owned by someone else...

Great customer service, highly recommend family and friends to visit this store. They just opened and I felt as if I've known them for years! Amazing people! You would absolutely leave with a smile!
