Kenny was very helpful when I came to the store to fix an issue with my son’s phone. He was polite and friendly and patient, answering all my questions and offering me alternative ways to troubleshoot problems. We even found we have the same last name during our conversations which was cool!

I have been calling and not ☝ person answer the phone... But other then that, when i do go into the store it sometimes can be helpful or so when they feel like it!!! And they don’t be opening up the store like they suppose to!!! But other then that i handle everything online
