1st time user of liberty mutual and I must say my experience was great!!. Thank you so much to Sarah for giving me a great experience and an amazing turn out. She took her time and made sure everything was accurate being that I had 2 states to deal with.

I love going there. They are fast and so nice they made the process so easy, and now if you need quick money they loan it to you that day. And they keep a very clean office.

Edgewood Md location is absolutely horrible! I have been going to liberty tax for years and I will never be back again! They are unprofessional, disrespectful and down right nasty. We even went there 2 times with a month to give them a second chance and it only got worse. The second time I had only been out of icu for 5 days and the lady was extremely rude and impatient. When I asked for my w2 back they lady tried to refuse to give it back. I use to go to the Carlisle PA location when I lived out there and they were absolutely amazing. It's sad the night and day of 2 different locations.
