Very unprofessional, speak in their language talking about customers and body shamming, they didn't know I understand their language.
Poor work ,very rushed and still charged me even when I said I wasn't happy

Went in new to the area. Nails were a mess, left very thick and bumpy and went in to get my eyebrows done, told $15 and she barely touched them.

I went here for a liquid gel fill in. I had a broken nail. The nail tec did not have the experience or skill set to complete the fill. My broken nail was replaced and when she was done the nail stuck straight up. She had to redo the nail and it did not come out any better the second time. My nails were coffin shaped when I came but she couldn't figure that out at all. Thy also didn't have the pink color but had the audacity to charge 65 for a fill. I Paid 65 for a full set. They didn't have the skill set or proper product to charge that. Never coming here again.
That is not true this was my first and last time here. It's ok to admit she did not do a good job. The owner is VERY SASSY and did not address my concerns professionally, he just ignored me and looked at his phone. You could have addressed it at the shop instead of lying saying I gave you problems just because your tech did a horrible job and I'm voicing it.

Amy is my girl!!!!!!!!!!! She books up pretty fast though, I try to make sure I always set up my follow up appointment while I’m in the shop with her. Tommy is hilarious too

My favorite place they are so nice and very professional. Please do not listen to these comments. I am only saying that part because everyone has different experiences. Of course someone will be upset if they are asking for 120 nails but only wants to pay 45. Of course you have to pay for designs pr. Finger and so on. I have been going here for 3yrs now and I have yet had a problem with anyone. They are straight forward and professional. When it come to the customer and their work.
