Enterprise rentals, Edgewood MD.We had to travel to N.C. for a funeral. The manager gave us a bereavement discount.We rented a Chrysler Pacifica. It was perfect for the 5 of us and my brother's large walker. The Pacifica got us to Wilson, NC on one tank of gas.Enterprise was outstanding. They send text messages that allow you to make adjustments to your return time in case you get stuck in traffic or other delays.I highly recommend Edgewood Enterprise!

Very good individual @the enterprise located in edgewood md, I had an issue with my rental car on my way back home,and I was able to gain another vehicle @ a different location and when I returned the car to my local enterprise and communicate with them I was able to a very nice discount ? and a apologize from the manager for my inconvenience

I scraped their car against their sign pole on my way out, to my great embarrassment. Staff was very nice about it and got me a new rental very quickly. Mr. Richard Artis was particularly kind in making me feel better about the accident, which was the only accident I've been at fault for in 18 years of driving. He was still happy to give me a complimentary ride home after I returned the second rental, and he was a friendly conversation partner on the way. Thank you for making my day less stressful Richard! If only I had listened to Richard's advice and gotten Enterprise's accident coverage, I would have saved myself the 30 minutes filing a claim with my insurance. Prior experiences with this location were smooth and quick, the vehicles have all been in great condition, and next time I need a rental I'll be booking here again.

This store ripped me off last time I rented from them. Car broke down. Got stuck and charged extra time. Goto Fallston branch much better

Highly recommend renting from this Enterprise. The team was 1000% amazing, super helpful and kept me informed during my entire rental. I had to use them for an insurance claim, and to be real with you all. I was actually impressed by their service. like seriously IMPRESSED with their service. KUDOS to the MANAGEMENT TEAM , you are doing a GREAT JOB! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, you prob. may not like this, but I know your team will , lol. but I WOULD PAY MORE TO MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THAT TEAM and TRAIN NEW PEOPLE COMING IN FROM YOUR CURRENT TEAM. ITS TIME FOR POSITIVITY TO START TAKING A FRONT SEAT TO THIS WORLD. THANK YOU for making a very HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Car was very nice however there was a slow leak in the left front tire that required me to stop and put air about 3 times. The 3rd time I had to stop in a very sketchy area, not safe....Contacted Enterprise and reported the issue but the guy did not seem to care. Hopefully they looked into the issue before renting to someone else.

Not sure what a reservation actually means to this business. Showed up to pick up a car that was reserved, and received a litany of excuses as to why they didn't have one available. Asked if there would be availability later in the day, and still no clear answer.

So Friday I was suppose to get a full size car. I get there they tried to give me dirty white mud size truck. So that was a mess then. I went to call the corporate and the local store manger answer so. I was telling them that’s not the full size car and I have to work with the car for my job. Well Friday night the car started acting up. Then on the way home it was running fine. Well Saturday I went to take my kids to the pumpkin patch in middle river off Ebeneezer road around 1ish as soon as we got back in the car to drop my kids off to go to work the car lost all kinds of power. So I didn’t work Saturday and I won’t be able to work today. So I lost out on 2 days of work. The experience I had there was crazy the manger barely spoke to me after I thought I was talking to corporate and out of no where she said she had a charger that just got back and she was getting it ready, welp the car wheels wasn’t not clean. It had residue inside the door handle I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t clean. The the breaks is terrible. The tick. Every time you take off or reverse. Sometimes it wouldn’t take off so I went to bring the car back Saturday to realize they was close at 2. So now I got to figure out how ima get back and forth to work. Cause I was renting it for the weekend to work and ask her about extending my days on Monday but how if I didn’t work cause of a safe royal blue charger. How is a 2022. Charger in that back of s sharp. I felt so embarrassed when I was turning intoCommunity and the breaks just clicking away. It was terrible when you back up. Don’t go on a hill cause you not barely making it. The engine is real loud when you step on the gas. It felt like the car was choking so the car has been sitting since yesterday. I felt unsafe you should hear how this charger sound. Like it’s clogged up. It was just a waste of my money then I made plans on Monday for my car to get there at my appointment and for them to tell me they ain’t no more full size cars. So they decided I was complaining and went to tell corporate so try to play me off and give me a charger but it’s was terrible. The manger wasn’t nice she had me the keys right after she took my money and license. Then she didn’t say have s good day or anything. The worst experience.

Upon arriving at the rental, I was not given my vehicle as promised. This caused me to miss my hair appointment and lose my security deposit. The car I received was in terrible condition; it had stains on the roof Like someone shook a soda and opened it, rips and tears in the seats, and the wheels were extremely damaged with bald tires. The tires were so bald I drop the vehicle off a day or two early because I felt that unsafe and it was the worst vehicle I had ever rented from Enterprise, and it should not have been on the road. The two young men did their best to get me in a vehicle, which I appreciate. However, the young lady I spoke to on the phone about my experience was very rude. She cut me off in the middle of me talking and was only concerned about the survey I had not received Was not truly interested in my experience because she got very agitated and very aggressive and rude midway through the conversation. I am starting to think my email address was changed, as I had not received the Esau survey. Whoever called me should never speak to a customer again. Furthermore, when I arrived there was another woman in the same situation as me being treated poorly by the same young lady. She had the worst customer service, and should never be allowed to speak to customers again. Do not call customers and then get mad when they are talking. I would love to speak to someone about my experience as well as the call I received from the young lady at this branch. Lastly, I never received my survey! The young lady was extremely rude and it was an experience I will never forget and that is the reason why I am doing the survey

Came and picked me up. When all that was available was SUVs and I did not want such a large car, they provided me with a BMW more appropriate for my small size.

Arriving early for our pick-up we were immediately greeted and updated on the status. While the agent assisting us went to check on our vehicle we were greeted by another agent. We were given a nice upgrade since our original vehicle was not available. Very pleasant experience and easy drop off and close out.
