Wow what a great compassionate and honest place. Everyone from the girls in the front office to the doctors are just amazing! My dog actually loves going to the vet. Frankie had a growth on the side of his mouth that was growing so we went to have it looked at and because it had grown we agreed at that time that the best course of action was to have it removed and tested. Well the day of the surgery came and we went in bright and early. Doctor Mark (the surgeon) was there and took a look at it. I told the doctor that it I believed it had gotten smaller and it had developed a scab. The girl at the front desk confirmed my suspicion as she had seen it larger in the last visit. Doctor Mark said that it might not need to be removed especially since it had gotten smaller. He told me to take Frankie home and wait a week to see what would happen. He thought it might just go away and yes, that is what happened, it did go away. I called today to say thank you and they were as happy as I was that there was no need for surgery. I highly recommend Edgewood Veterinary Hospital.

Refused to fill an anti-inflammatory for my 13-year-old boxer that can’t walk because she hadn’t been seen recently, I don’t even know how much time my dog has left and I feel they are completely completely heartless!!!!!!

Charged for services that were not done. I was told a test was done, and I never witnessed it being done, yet I was charged. I wasn't charged the correct amount the first time, then my card was charged a second time for the missing charges, then I get home and see the charge for something I know wasn't done. So she ended up crediting back my card. They overcharge, charge for services not done, and are quite rude when doing it! I have put in well over $5000 in this place over the years and am treated like I don't matter-NO THANX

Dr Taylor is compassionate, patient and thorough. He always takes the time to explain things to me, my appointments are never rushed , and he ALWAYS returns my phone calls when I have concerns.
The staff are friendly, efficient and kind.
I love this clinic and would never take my animals anywhere else.

I've been going here for years, and have been seeing Dr. Mark Wright maybe since the late '90's or early 2000's (I can't recall) but it's been a long time. Dr. Mark took great care of my dobermans, and our Chessies.We recently had our boy Grizz in because something was very wrong (I assumed he hurt his back from a jump, but his gums were white too). We called on a Mon morning as soon as they opened, and they got us in about an hour later, and for that I'm forever grateful. I'd never met Dr. Moffa, and could tell that he was experienced in what he does as a veterinarian. He examined Grizz, took the x-ray, and shared his findings which weren't good. Fearing the worst (but remaining hopeful) he sent us to the ER in Bel Air. Unfortunately for us, Grizz laid in my arms and crossed the Rainbow Bridge that day. Dr. Moffa called me later that morning, to offer condolences. He was genuinely sorry, from one human to another, and I just think that is something wonderful. Thank you Dr. Moffa for your kindness and empathy at such a difficult time.We even received a sympathy card from the team at Edgewood Vet Hospital. These little things mean so much. Thank you all.

Love this Veterinary hospital. Staff and Veterinarians are wonderful and provide excellent service and care. This was a wonderful change from Banfield (Whitemarsh and Abingdon).
