Bunch of bullies there, both managers and employees. Will never spend my money here again.

One of my favorite thrift stores, different color tags are discounted and posted above the entrance area. Still has open dressing rooms so I know what fits and don't have to deal with returns. Staff has been pleasant and close to dressing rooms, had a zipper on back of a dress I couldn't reach to zip and someone right there to help me.

Lots of clothes that are well organized. Prices were more than fair. Staff were polite and friendly.
UPDATE, prices are a bit elevated compared to Laurel & Ft Meade thrift shops. Not a deal breaker as they have a really good selection.

I've been shopping here for over 40 years, before it moved. Loved this thrift store. The managers, workers were all so kind. Well today was extremely disappointing. The new manager threatened to ban me because of my daughter. I have never been spoken to like that ever and I am 61 years old. I will NEVER spend money here again. I don't like people that let their titles go to their head and that's what she did. Shame on you. Prim Thrift Stores lost my business.

This was the most expensive thrift store i have ever been to in Maryland. The staff was kind and courteous but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS…. Seriously 4$ for one drinking glass and 10$ for a board game missing the board. We will not be returning to this store.

The prices here are outrageous, 90 dollars for a used leather jacket seriously.

I used to love this place but the prices have gone up so much, theyre outrageous! Went today and couldn't find a coat for under $30 or a sweater for less than $10. I could get a new item on amazon or at target for less than that! I'm lucky to have that luxury at the moment but many people don't which is why they sometimes opt for thrift stores, it's a shame this place has gotten so greedy.

If you value your time or your money, don't bother with this pathetic excuse for a thrift store. Pretty sure the books have been largely the same since at least 2003, and are nothing but junk of the worst kind. Board games are $10 (!!) and that price is scribbled across the game in black oil crayon, which they use for pricing everything, so beware. These thrifts think they can be Amazon sellers, without the perks of buying from an Amazon seller. Corporate greed at its best. And this applies to any other Prime Thrift location as well, I've yet to visit one that was worth even 5 seconds of my time, or a dime of my money. Save both and just go to one of the various discount retailers out there and pay the same for these items in new condition.

Wish I could give negative stars. The manager was really rude . The cashier was beyond rude and Terry made sure to let me know she's been in customer service for over 20 years and that we just have to accept the rude behavior from employees. There is proper etiquette in dealing with the public and I was quite polite as I always am in dealing with the public. You never know what people are going through. Treat them with kindness. I wish I would have gotten the name of the one lady working the floor who was polite and eager to say hello with a smiling face. She can show the front end how to treat people with dignity and respect

One of my top thrift stores. I enjoy coming here on the weekend just to walk around and see what they have because you never know. I've gotten some good clothing from here and they were brands like MK, Vera Wang, and Calvin Klein.

Worse experience ever at a thrift shop. It says it helps veterans and because of this I went to support it seeing as though I come from a long line of veterans. I can Tell you now if you have children spare yourself the embarrassment children are not welcome here just because my child picked up a toy. And was walking it to me. The manager made an announcement over the intercom stating to get your children or you will be asked to leave. So I put everything I was going to purchase back because I never stay were I am not welcomed. Plus I could see my children the entire time.we were in the children’s clothing section. And never once did the manager come to me to even tell me there was an issue but I knew she was talking about me because I was the only one in the store with children. Plus as we were walk out the workers were laughing about it like it was funny my children were really confused why they were being laughed at. I will never in my life support this store again and I will be advising my family and friends to stay away as well. This was the worse customer service ever. I even call to get a number for customer service .
