This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Every single time, you wait forever to geven get to the counter and then something is always wrong. I ave been there 100 times getting my 85 year old Mothers medicine and today they for some resaon do not have her birthdate on file. So an 85 year old is in sever pain with a broken back, and the drive thgru says the system is down and they cover the window. This is sad!!! They don't care either and will not even answer the phone. All the one sin the pharmacy are lazy and slow. They need to revamp the staff for sure!

Drive thru never works for pharmacy. Walked in this morning not one worker inside the building. I walked around for 10 mins before somebody actually came out.

The drive-through seems to never be open. There's a sign now saying to go inside because the button is broken, but it's been broken for weeks. When you go inside, there's usually only one person at the pharmacy counter to help customers, so there's a long wait.

The worst pharmacy , the pharmacist didn’t even know what GOODrx is . The line has been slow and long since 2007 . They need to just close the store as a whole

Greeted the cashier Aniyah and she did not respond thanked her at the end of transaction did not respond. She just rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service.

If I could leave a zero I would. Worst customer service ever. Poor employee training. Prescriptions are not ready even when told they are. Pick another pharmacy for your own good.

Went to CVS in Edgewood tonight to pick up my daughters medicine, just to get home and find the medicine is not even mixed to give her. So I called to try and fix the situation and someone answered but did not respond at all. Need to get qualified people in the Pharmacy

The sweet ladies who work the front of the store are always wonderful and always make sure you get the best savings possible. The store is always clean and stocked.

Worst customer service in the world. Even the pharmacist says his company and his boss won’t help or do anything about it. They purposely understaff the pharmacy to increase profits. Tried complaining to corporate and they can’t do anything. They say it’s all on the district leader.

I would give 0 stars if I could, they always move so slow. My PCP called a prescription in before 6:30PM and I literally waited over 2 hours to pick it up. You will get a text saying it’s being filled, then told come back in a few minutes, when you do come back it still isn’t ready. I have been in line about 3 times. They told me right before close the medication I needed wasn’t available, then 5 minutes later the pharmacist told the lady at the register they have it. Also, the drive thru serves 1 car every 20-45 minutes. They’re awful!
