“My vehicle was hit in the back and on the back passenger fender. Classic was recommended to me by my boyfriend and I feel like I couldn't have made a better choice for having my car fixed. They were friendly but professional at the drop off. They explained the whole process and kept me updated on the progress. When I picked up my Equinox I couldn't have been more pleased. There was no evidence my vehicle had been damaged. It looked brand new. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. “Repairs were completed before the estimated completion date, they even took care of a small dent unrelated to the damages. My car was cleaned inside and out; when i picked it up I must have had a couple dollars that fell out of my pocket in the car as it was in my cupholder when I picked it up. It was not much at all but little acts like that are admirable knowing that they found it and made sure to put it in a place that was easy for me to find! Thank you for being the only shop in the area that didn't say no immediately because i have a Hyundai, or lack of capacity to accept any vehicles or tell me it would take 2+ weeks before even getting an estimate for the repairs! They provided an initial estimate for me the same day I called to bring it in and when I dropped it off that afternoon I was told the estimated time frame for parts and completion. Next time I have a need for repairs, they will be the first place I contact, my car looked perfect when I got it back ?”
“I recently took me 2019 Honda HRV in following a minor fender bender with some damage to my bumper. This place was recommended to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. They walked me through everything, got me an appointment set up, and kept me up to date as the work progressed. “I visited this location immediately after a back windshield was shattered on a Saturday right before close. I had two children and a baby in tow and was visiting the area from out of town. They took my vehicle in the back, cleaned up all the broken glass, and secured the windshield with crash glass so we could make the trip home safely. They charged me nothing and could not have more kind.”

I am the owner that babies his cars and have never had the need to visit a body shop. I did not purchase my car from the dealership and there must be 30 repair facilities between my house and this selection.
This company-It’s people and its processes- get it right. Dennis was thorough and informative about the repair that needed to be undertaken. He explained all the steps, many of which I would have no idea about since I’m not in the collision repair business. He was patient and suggested things can take longer than anticipated as was made aware of the process.
Weekly calls were received from Jen to update me on where my repair was in the queue and whether not additional parts had to be ordered. Paperwork management and the toggle with insurance was seamless (I was not the policyholder).
I’m not sure what kind of magic they practice at Jones Junction Collision but you could not tell my car had been repaired and the process to make it so remarkably easy.”

“If I could rate this collision center past 5 stars I would. I got rear ended, they took of care of me in less than a week. Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. I had a dent and some damage on my door unrelated to this repair, they even gave it a little bit of TLC to make it look good! I'm beyond grateful for this shop and their staff!!!!!!!!!!”
