Worst store by far and I will not be giving them my business EVER AGAIN!! The redhead at night, Rachel (B!) is either on the phone, ignoring customers or refusing to do basic things (make coffee, cook a pizza, speak to customers without attitude, ring things up properly, have slurpees made, be polite, keep store open, answer the phone and/or have a modicum of respect for others.)
She even kicked my BF and I out of the store, tried to have us banned and refused to look at the identification which proves my dog is a service dog!! Which according to the ADA, permits him to accompany me EVERYWHERE.... apparently everywhere but this 7-11. She is lucky I am not a vengeful person or one who holds a grudge.
Oh yeah, why do they feel the need to close between 1:00-4:00 AM M-F "to clean" but other stores manage to stay open while cleaning?!?!? This is neither communicated openly, posted anywhere or able to be confirmed by calling there, since she doesn't answer the phone while working (except her personal phone/calls.....which she is always on!)
On multiple occasions a mistake by an employee has called for a refund which was not received for more than 7 days each time.
This POV is shared by the majority of people in the area and no one has ever had anything nice to say about her. Her unpleasantness and attitude have driven away lots of people we know.
The issues we have had, with ONLY her, overshadow the friendly, polite, knowledgeable and customer focused service the weekend night clerk provides to ALL customers (even when they probably don't deserve it). We live directly behind the store, but will from now on will drive to the 7-11 40 E (where Emil is pleasant, helpful, friendly and upbeat) rather then walk to this one like we used to.

I haven't been to a 7/11 in a while was gunna get a quick bite place is dirty food looks like it's just been sitting since yesterday.

White lady kicked me out of the store because I was "disrespectful" didn't even say a word to this lady.

Always closed at night...everyday. I don't even bother trying anymore...Your best bet is to go to Wawa headed up 40 East or Royal Farm headed down 40 West. They actually open 24 hours. Go figure.

I just stop at this 7 eleven for two orders of honey boneless wings, i ask the Cheshire if they have it, i know they do have it in store, but she answered no cause she doesn’t want to make, a thing you just take and put inside of microwave, is too hard to do it, what a workers we have to serve us.

Every first of the month at midnight until after 1 the red head white lady closes store ...because she knows about 10 individuals go their to get money out ATM and shop..which means she will have to work but she's lazy its been like this the last 4months

They have their gas sign up with a price and you pull up to the tanks and they all say out of service so maybe you should just turn your prices of your gas off if you're not going to have gas

Went to buy pizza around 3pm today.Pizza was half cooked,base was uncooked dough which we found after driving 20 miles away from 7-11.Was Special (2-7 pm)time 2 slices for $1. The guy ring me for some $8.50 for pizza & 1 pack $1 cookies.Should had been $5.Worst is the guy ring some pretzels & chips to come to $8.50 upon asking said special price is for 2 slice only u bought whole pizza which is $ 7 u must pay that . Ok i paid cause had to drive long & didn’t wanted to make another stop.All in all this 2 guys serves something, rings something, over charges , and still product is just garbage.OWNER PLEASE LOOK WHAT U R EMPLOYEES DOING BEHIND YOU.
