“Wrabyn is the absolute best place to source beautiful, elevated clothing and accessories in the Annapolis area. The stylists are incredible - in a completely helpful and not overbearing way. They really take the time to learn your style and know your size and fit intuitively. They gently suggest items that you might not have tried, but end up fitting like a glove. The inventory is constantly refreshed, so it’s worth dropping in often. There’s truly no better place to find an outfit for any occasion.”
“Amazing! Took my mom (80+ years) to find better fitting bras. The woman who helped us was incredible. Professional fitting, tried on about 10 different bras, and she was super helpful and listened to my mom's preferences (comfort, easy to put on). We finally found one that my mom likes, and the price was very fair. It is a beautiful store, quite a variety of things, and the staff is just amazing. The experience really makes me appreciate shopping in person at a small boutique. It's a great experience that is not as frequent as it used to be in this area. Shop small indeed! They are welcoming and helpful for all types of customers, not just who you think might be their target customer base.”

It's at the top of Maryland avenue , which is a fun shopping area off the beaten path of main St. They carry quality items that support the artisans/artists/makers fairly for their work. The owner and staff are helpful and know their stock well. This is a great place to get a gift for yourself or others. I love finding new earrings every time I visit!”

“Absolutely love this store. The staff are always super helpful, and over the top friendly. They represent amazing customer service. There is a variety of dress clothes and casual clothes. I love the socks as they fit up to a size 13. The graphic t shirts are super cuddly and soft. The pajamas are very soft, wash up nicely. I recommend this store to anyone looking for nice comfortable clothes. I visit at least once every other month, if not more than that.”

“Am in MD from another state on an extended visit to care for a sick family member. When taking a break, I wandered into a Talbots while walking around an unfamiliar Annapolis mall. I found one of two sweaters I'd purchased at my local Talbots that I needed to exchange for smaller sizes, and a beautiful coat that was a size too small. Having no coats in the needed size and color in the store, a salesperson hepfully located the coat and the other sweater I wanted to exchange online so I could have them sent to my home. At checkout I realized that the sweaters I'd purchased at my home store had been purchased at a greater discount than at that the current sale. In order to create an even exchange, I went back to the home I'm visiting to retrieve the 2 discounted items. (Are you following this?) 45 minutes later I was back at the store with the 2 sweaters for exchange. At checkout, a different salesperson discovered that both the sweater and the coat were no longer available online. Just 45 min later!! THIS wonderful salesperson volunteered to search Talbots' system for store returns. She quickly located BOTH items in 2 different stores in other states. She called each store. It took a few minutes for employees in each states to physically locate the requested items, but ultimately, the Annapolis employee helped me to secure both items for home deliveries. Talk about service above and beyond!! So very sorry I didn't get the names of these outstanding employees, but grateful that they helped to lift my spirits during this stressful time.”
“I had them service my garage door due to a problem with the emergency sensors. They fixed the problem in minutes and also showed me how to fix it in the future. They also serviced the door and motor, which they charge a flat rate of $150 for. Sensor alignment is part of the price. They were friendly, professional, and showed up on time (qualities that seem to be in decline).”

I sent my visiting elderly parents over to browse today, as the temp has unexpectedly dropped during their visit and they wanted sweater/jackets, and the owner treated them so well, which is sadly not always the case for older people when shopping.
