Took my car in to get an oil change around 8am, left it with them and went to work (worked in the safeway shopping center), so I told them to give me a call when it was done and I could pick it up real quick. Double checked they had my phone number and went about my day. Around 4 I hadn't heard anything, so I went over to find the shop closed. No call or anything saying they'd be closing early. So I was stuck without my car for the rest of the day. They never tried to call or communicate anything to me. They did a good job with the service, but they need to really improve with their communication.

We happened to be in Edgewater and discovered a nail in our tire as we were on our way to the Annapolis Boat Show. I can only thank the Gods that my google search landed on Suttons. We were literally in and out in less than 5 minutes with a repaired tire and off to our destination. I can't remember when I had service this good with a mechanic so friendly.
