This location is a step above the rest. Besides being very organized and well maintained, the place is run by extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean customer coffee station with phone charging cables helped me in a pinch to get back into my (stupid) car that needs a (not dead) phone to unlock the doors.

I have been using Sherwin Williams paint for years and am so glad I just discovered the new store in Edgewater MD. The store is well organized and immaculate. Manager Elizabeth Pratesi and Assistant Manager Ashton Johnson are super friendly, professional and accommodating. They definitely make you feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer. AAA+++

Fantastic store, neat and clean with excellent service. Elizabeth and Aston are well informed regarding the products they carry as well as the product capabilities. Avoid the big boxes and support your local Sherwin Williams.

I drove 30 miles from Calvert County to this store even though i have on just 4 miles from my house, because of the knowledgeable, courteous, and service oriented employees.

This is a review for their color consultant, I believe her name was Diane but could be wrong? Anyways, we all know how overwhelming choosing a paint color is and I had consulted her for multiple rooms in which she very knowledgeably and confidently walked me through all of my options and suggested some great ideas! Much nicer than walking into a home depot or any other store like that to just order something off the charts...

Walked out. The first time I went there I thought the employees weren't that friendly or helpful but thought I'd give them a second chance. I went back and was one of two customers in there and with three employees no one bothered to even say hello or ask me if I needed anything. I stood there at the counter and just waited, no response. One employee was walking around eating something and the other one sat on a stool and stared into space while the third worked on the register in front of me. I need paint but I'll go elsewhere.

I don't leave a lot of yelp reviews. But the staff here was so helpful I couldn't not leave one. They arranged for a designer to come out to our house and picked out great colors. Then they made sure I had all the materials we needed and told us when sales would be. Even their younger staff seem super knowledgeable about the product. Definitely worth the added cost (we had just gone to Home Depot previously).

Super helpful staff, even when you walk in unsure of what you want and end up walking out with a bazillion paint samples, like yours truly. Ample parking space and conveniently located, this Sherwin-Williams is great.
