I am highly disappointed in Allstate's response to a hit and run accident that i was involved in and am in the process of signing on with a new provider.
Despite the fact that I was able to provide a license number of the vehicle that hit my car, had a witness to the accident & immediately filed a police report, I was informed that because the repair was lower than my deductible, Allstate had dropped the claim , leaving me responsible for 100% of the repair.
I have been unable to reach a live agent and had to contact the body shop for this update.
I have both Homeowners and auto insurance with Allstate and this would have been my first claim
I was not in good hands with Allstate & will no longer be working with the company
.

I have been very pleased with the service provided through my allstate home owners & rental insurance. I have been fortunate not to have submitted any claims and I do hope this will remain. Allstate agents always provide the support I need.

There have no been no concerns. The agency helped with suggesting that we enroll in the Allstate Milewise Auto Insurance Program. Allstate has been our Home and Auto Insurer since our marriage began.

The interest that the Driscoll Agency showed during the processing of my claim was quite encouraging. I was completely kept informed as to the progress being made during the entire process. The final adjustment was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
