“My husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.

“Had a billing problem recently that took a lot of time and patience on the part of Chaz at the store. He was very patient and worked on the problem with me until it was resolved. The overseas person we were dealing with was not helpful, but through Chaz' efforts, the problem was resolved. Great customer service over my 28 years with Verizon, but especially on this occasion.”

“I came to the store to change from my carrier Tr to AT&T. DeAndre showed great patience in dealing with the support center of Tr. The support center of Tr frequently did not understand the clearly expressed requests of DeAndre or used a convoluted approach to get the information we needed. It took over 45 minutes to get the information. DeAndre made sure that the change in service was completed fully before I left the store.
I believed he understood what I wanted and worked as expeditiously as possible to change my service. He kept his composure through repeated requests by Tr support for basic information. I felt he wanted to provide quality service rather than pushing me quickly out the door.
I would seek him out if I have other problems!”
