Called ahead to see how long it would take a bow to be restrung (45’-1hr). Dropped my bow off and 4 hours later got a call stating the strings I supplied didn’t fit the bow. Come to find out, the switched my bow with someone else’s and attempted to restring that bow with my strings.Following day showed up after they stated my bow was finished with the proper string. When asked about a possible discount for the inconvenience, was told it was discounted as it took 2 hours to sight in the bow…Once home I shot the bow. Lost two arrows shooting approx 2 feet low. I had to self adjust the peep sight and the pin sight proving that in fact, they did not actually take the time to sight my bow back in. Long winded story to pretty much let you know it’s better to take your bow elsewhere to get serviced to ensure it’s done correctly and in a timely manner.

Went in looking to purchase a bow and was able to get a great deal on a new Hoyt. They also assist with full set up and ordered the accessories I needed to stay within budget. Awesome service.

If you want products ordered don’t trust them. And you’ll be lied too and they won’t give you your money back. Got 5 different stories on where my hooks were and why they didn’t get them yet. Then one employee gives me refund check and bank refused it. Horrible customer service and communications.

Awesome shop, walked in wanting a new Matthew’s v3x 29. They had one in stock and hooked me up with a great deal. Set up the bow and tuned it perfectly to me. Even threw in a free arrow cut for the change in draw length. 10/10 will and have recommended this shop. Picture from the day I got it!

I bought a new bow this year from a different archery shop that I have been going to for several years now. While target shooting, I noticed my arrow was lifting off of my rest and didn’t really know what was causing it. I called the archery shop that I originally bought it from to see if they would be able to squeeze me in to their schedule to fix it so I could go hunting in the evening. They told me they didn’t know if they could fix it today (with an attitude). Being November (the best days to be in the deer woods) I needed to get my bow fixed today ! My friend called Bay Country and informed them of the situation and very politely said to bring it in and he’ll do his best to get it fixed today. We rush up there and speak with the archery tech who was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He evaluated my draw and in matter of seconds pin pointed exactly what was wrong and made a few adjustments and shoots great and the draw back is perfect! I was able to go hunting this evening and feel more confident if the opportunity presented itself. Thank you Bay Country !! Highly recommend this place for all archery needs and hunting needs ! They have gained a new customer!

Wonder store! Took the HQL and CCW classes here, they were very detailed in their teaching learned a lot with these guys, and girls they are very knowledgeable! They gave me all the information that I needed to know from the very beginning! Will always come here to do my business! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

Terrible customer service. Asked about fixing a small problem with my order and they said they’d fix it but never would and just kept stringing me along with lies. Should’ve just told me to pound sand to begin with, would’ve saved me a lot of time.

Great place to buy tackle, bait for all your fishing needs. They sell ice, rods reels, etc. There's a hunting section but I didn't explore that area too much. Very nice and friendly staff, I highly recommend.

Website lists vinyl stackable crab pot 18.50 but when I bought 10 was charged 205.00 plus tax?Transaction 016454 picked them up in the store.
