FedEx is the worst. They deliver my packages to the wrong address or just out right lie about attempting to deliver. The most recent excuse is that "the customer is closed or unavailable" while both my spouse and I have been home. I've called the customer "un"support line and all I get are excuses about them changing GPS devices so thats why they keep leaving things at the wrong address or most recently that they can't do anything because of the way it was shipped and I need to reach out to the shipper. UPS, Amazon and USPS have no problem delivering my packages but FedEx doesn't want to. It would be one thing if it was just me but they do the same thing with my neighbors. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Fedex is the only delivery company that loses my packages. On four occasions they have claimed to deliver a package that I didn't receive. Two instances the items were on clearance and I couldn't reorder. Once, they called me from Sparrows Point two weeks later to say the pkg was in the facility and they could send it out. I had already gotten a refund because the sender, Wayfair had been told the item was in route back to their warehouse. I reordered from a company that doesn't use Fedex. Now I'm waiting on a pkg(a replacement part) that they claim has been delivered. This is going to be fun. The vendor took 2 months to ship this part that was not out of stock. If your seller is inept also then there is no getting a package from Fedex in Baltimore. I have never had this problem with UPS or Amazon.

Came into work today, on July 5th when our office is closed, just to receive a package being delivered by Fedex. Stated it would be delivered between 10:30Am and 2:30Pm and randomly checked the tracking just now to see a "delivery exception" asking for a future delivery day for absolutely no reason.

FedEx - How do you manage to screw up 90% of my deliveries??? This weeks package was out for delivery on a Monday and within an hour "returned to station for inspection" fast forward to Thursday there's still no update on if and when it will be delivered... Did your driver decide he needed my toiletries more than i do?

my package says it has been out for delivery for 4 days with absolutely no updates. i have called the past 3 days without any resolution. has my pkg been sitting on a truck in hot weather for 4 days without a sign of delivery?!?! how does this happen!?!?!?!

Even when I am home they mostly claim "Customer not available or Business is closed". My address is not a business and I am home waiting for the delivery.

Delivery driver is a Liar!! Tracking stated they tried to deliver my package on 2 separate occasions but wasn't able to. First off all I don't have to sign for the package, 2nd off all there is nothing prohibiting the driver from dropping my package off on my porch . I do not have a locked fence or anything that he will need, like a code to gain access. I have 2 cameras outside that did not see any fedex delivery guy around the time frames stated for the "supposedly" failed delivery attempt. I was also home all day , both days! Absolutely ridiculous that the driver or drivers are lying. So now I have to go to sparrows point to pick up my package which is perfectly fine with me but my package better be there!!

Fedex Sparrows Point is the worst, driver lying posting 2 attempted deliveries which is not true. They kept changing delivery time and I still have not received my package. They will not allow me to pick up package either.

Only if -100 stars can be given. One thing about deliveries that come from this location, they are famous for "delivery attempts" that were never attempted. ??♀️
