“Autobahn is the only service center I will take my BMW to for repairs and regular maintenance. Charles, the owner, is quite literally a car genius. He has figured out complicated problems that no other dealers and shops could figure out. Charles figured out a sensor issue and check engine light that had globally stumped several dealers and even the factory. They were referred to me by neighbors with a Mercedes issue that only Autobahn could figure out as well. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They ooze friendliness and genuine caring. I would give them more than five stars if possible. One of the best and most trustworthy businesses I have encountered in my lifetime- not exaggerating and not related.”

“A huge thank you to Grant's and, specifically, Lamar, for coming so promptly after my vehicle broke down. I urgently needed to get home due to family matters and they took my message to heart and came very quickly. Turns out I'd run out of gas after my fuel gauge malfunctioned. Lamar was able to put enough fuel in the tank to get me to a gas station. He was so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved without any stress or hassle. He also said he'd contact AAA himself to let them know that I didn't need to be towed so it wouldn't get charged to my membership. If you ever need a hero to come rescue you from a breakdown, call Grant's and ask them to send Lamar!”

My last appointment was for a regular sevice/oil/filter change with an appointment at 10A and I didn't leave until after 12P. This sort of delay appears to be typical (experienced it the last time I was there also). Other than that, they are very pleasant, do a good job, have a nice waiting area, and I'll return there the next time.”
