Dr. Ben took wonderful care of my kitty, Rainbow during a recent hospitalization. He knew exactly how to treat her and took the time to keep me updated each day on her progress. She's home and doing well. I've been with Hillside since 2012 and they will be my only choice for veterinarian services.

Friendly and professional. They cared for my fur baby from a 12 week puppy until he passed 13 years later. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Voughman and Dr.Harman as well as the staff. They treated him like he was their own baby. I currently take my new fur baby to them. They take the time to talk to you and they don't talk down to you. They greet you at the door with a friendly hello.

My pet went to see Dr. Harmon as a 2nd opinion. We were welcomed by everyone we came into contact with that day. Dr. Harmon was absolutely wonderful with my little 3 lb. Chihuahua. In fact, we were so impressed, I decided to stop seeing my former Vet and sign on with Hillside. I totally recommend this office to anyone! Every part of this visit was 5 stars!

Looked like a completely new staff since my last visit several years ago. Not as friendly. Dr. Vogtman is a great vet. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made the visit worthwhile.

the only thing i’d like is for the doctors and the assistants do the exams in the room with me. i’m very very protective with my animals and i feel since they are mine i need to know and see what they are doing with animals. i know some get rowdy and freak out but animals (all) have feelings and i’d like to be there for mine. especially if my babies would freak out. yall don’t have to go home with them and have them mad at you all day because i wasn’t “there” for them.
some may have different opinions about their animals but they are my babies/ children. i am infertile so they are all i have & will not have them go through something without me that would become traumatizing to them.
they are very compassionate i will say that.

It was a great experience. So friendly and caring. The cost of the dental cleaning was very reasonable. I called around to compare. The follow up after the procedure put my mind at ease. I was given detailed instructions for bringing her home. They did a great job too!

Dr Ben and his staff are amazing. . I have been taking my pets to Hillside for over 14 years. In 2009 , my dachshund, age 4, was diagnoses with IVDD. My vet in the Lavale area said to euthanize my dog. I went to Hillside, as referral, to get a second opinion . They spent hours with me and my pet and told me he could live a long healthy life and he was not in pain. My Dog lived until he was 15 years old. They are the best Vet in the area.

This animal hospital was awesome. I brought my two day old kitten who wasn’t eating in and they were wonderful. Everyone was kind, from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctor and assistant helped me make the best possible decision for my kitten. Thank you Dr. Tom!

I am from out of town and ran out of a medicine for my dog. I was very fortunate that my vet was able to transfer a prescription to this vet to fill it without an appointment. Unfortunately the pills that my dog needed were almost exactly double the price I could have gotten the pills from other places if I could have waited.

Dr. Tom Vogtman is an amazing diagnostitian! I have had cats with unusual issues and he is always caring and persistent. The other staff members are loving, compassionate, and efficient!!! Hillside is a great choice for your pet!!!
