Employees stocking merch leaving carts in the middle of aisles,rude as if the customers were bothering them,( I'm sure they just want to get the job done). The biggest thing is having to check myself out. I DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART! At the very least you could give us a 5% discount at the register. At my local store we have to bring or buy our bags. Why should I have to pay for a bad when I just spent my $$$ in your store? You paid for plastic bags why can't you pay for paper?

very angering experience. me and my friend went here, i went to coinstar to turn my change into cash, my friend was looking at christmas stuff. got my cash voucher from the coinstar and my friend got what she was looking for and we went to checkout and of course with a cash voucher you have to go to a register with a cashier so we went to the first lane. i went first so she could scan my voucher and give me my cash and the cashier scanned it, didn’t know what she was doing AT ALL so she turned me away and told me to go to the guest services counter. with her snarky and rude attitude i simply said “okay” and waited as my friend’s items were rung up. she paid and we went on our way to the guest services counter where the lady scanned my voucher which surprise surprise it didn’t work. the cashier at lane 1 had scanned my voucher and didn’t take it back out of the system before she started scanning my friends items so 100% of my voucher went towards my friends purchase. i explained to the guest service lady what happened and she had no clue as to what to do. she left, came back 5 minutes later and tried to refund my friends items, which surprise surprise, didn’t work. she told me to keep my voucher and my friends receipt and come back tomorrow when there’s a manager, since there was nothing more she could do for me. i called back 3 times to talk to a manager, none of those times i got to actually speak to one. i called walmart customer service line as well but they were no help either. they didn’t even realize i was on the phone and they were having a normal conversation as i was screaming in the phone “hello? hello?? is anyone there?” i am beyond angry with this situation and will not be going back to this walmart. with the workers attitudes and how they talk to customers, with the way they literally don’t know what they’re doing yet won’t ask for help, it’s just really truly sad. if i could give this review 0 stars i most definitely would.

you not having bags is just pathetic, only 1 cashier and the rest was self checkouts, cashier woman was rude seemed like she didn't want to work kept calling for other employees, I've already stopped shopping at Walmart I'm now going elsewhere that have bags at checkouts even if they don't have plastic bags they have paper bags yes I know buy reusable bags why would I want to go through the hassle of bringing a bag/bags with me

The Walmart Down in Easton was ok. I was having some difficulties trying to find my place around here. I was looking for the grocery and the Home Care Product section. But still this Walmart is pretty ok!

The management needs to be replaced with people who are actually professional. I experienced a worker being reprimanded infront of customers and the coach whose name is Doug was very loud and rude towards the person who was doing the job they were assigned in the area they were assigned, all because the phone did not ring he basically accused this person of lying and when shown that the phone in question was actually on and not dead like he accused he became even more obnoxious and rude. I have been a professional for over 30 years and have never been treated like this person was, this person was being treated like a mat to wipe his feet on and was upset when proven to be wrong. It made me want to abandon my cart and go somewhere else to shop for the items I was in the process of purchasing. If this is how they treat their worker then I may have to reconsider where I make my purchases. It was a very disappointing experience for me this morning and I may or may not return

Staff was extremely helpful, all the fruits and vegetables were fresh and so far I haven't had a single problem with them. The bananas were so fresh it was all a sea of green, if you like still green bananas then I guess this is a good place for you to visit. Overall though, it's a Walmart that's a Walmart. Nothing terrible and terrifying happened, nothing amazing and heartwarming happened. It's an ordinary Walmart with ordinary Walmart experiences, and that's a good thing.

I purchase my Spri g Valley Extra Strength Magnesium 400mg from Walmart. For the past 2 weeks you've had " NONE". This is a must perscribed by the hospital and my dr as my Magnesium bottomed out. 250 tablets.

Once upon a time, this local Wal-mart was well organized and strangely enough, a destination for locals to while away time and speak to someone they might know. Most people ended up spending more money than they intended. This is not the Wal-mart that came to town those many years ago. This is dirty, disorganized, and I see they have moved cart stations to the back of the parking lot, encouraging customers to just leave carts anywhere. On my visit, I stepped out of the car and there on the ground were 2 used pregnancy tests. The Wal-Mart in the next town is not like this. I think this one needs an overhaul.

Old store, a bit run down. Checkout clerk was friendly. No other interactions. Quick trip, so no stock feedback.

Never answer the phone. Tried twice 2 different areas and no answer. You can't run a store with no phone access.

Unorganized shelves. Stock left on skids blocking many aisles. Couldn't find 3/4's of the items I needed. So I left the few items I could find in the cart and went to Food Lion instead. (Where I found EVERYTHING I needed).

Don't order online for pickup! Ordered six items. I called ahead to see if my order was ready. I was told it was ready. I parked in the online pickup parking space and called to let them know I was there. The employee walked out ONE item and that was a substitution. Walmart, if you don't have the items I want online, don't post them online!

They never have any bottle waters out on the floor because the associates are too lazy for them to replenish
