Prescription not ready for two days and it was a pretty common one that they wouldn't have had to order. It was medicine for pain and waiting two days to fill it is unconscionable. Poor service, inadequate responses.

I had a problem with my order and returned to the store where it was resolved by the staff and Pharmacist in a professional and timely manner. Been using Walgreens for two years now and appreciate what they do.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE WALGREENS FOR ANYTHING. I called at 9:54 am to have 3 prescriptions refilled. They gave me a promise to fill time of 11:30 am which worked great as I could swing by after my sons newborn appointment around the corner. I live in an extremely rural area and the closest Walgreens are 32 mins and 45 mins away. But I was in the area so planned my pickup around that. I got in the drive thru around 11:30. There was a line but I figured no problem it could give them a couple extra mins to fill mine if they need it. I get to the window at 11:49. So twenty mins after my promised fill time. I give them my name and she said they won’t be filled for at least another hour maybe longer. I asked why when they were promised to be filled 20 mins prior. She said very rudely “WERE BUSY”. I asked at that point if I could speak to the manager. Manger comes over, in a terrible mood, essentially tells me too bad. Said one of the three were filled, but didn’t offer to give me that one. My newborn is crying in the backseat at this point because he’s hungry. I tried to explain to her I can’t wait around that he needs to eat and we live 45 mins away so coming back later isn’t an option. Asked if they could just fill the one of the two that aren’t filled yet. She said no. I said ok well I will just call corporate. This clearly made her angry and she said she was calling the police. At the point when she said this corporate was already on speaker. The woman on the phone said they shouldn’t be doing that… and escalated the call to her manager. They did call the police but I left before they got there as my two week old was screaming for food. I can’t believe the way I was treated and talked to by the store employees. I understand people are short staffed everywhere, and it’s stressful with the holidays but they were extremely unprofessional. The woman on the phone could barely even hear me as the manager was yelling overtop of me as I was talking to corporate, so I had to roll my window up to talk to her. Waiting for corporate management to call me back now. Will update when I get a response. All this for my post partum meds to help with pain.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Clueless pharmacists and techs. I’ve used many Walgreens Over the years and have had great experiences. This one has done everything in the book to make your experience horrible. You ask a simple question and no one can answer it. You will be transferred around and put on hold repeatedly. I dropped off a medication for pick up for my husband at 9am. I waited and received notification it was ready. I drove thru the drive thru to see a sign saying that the pharmacy was closed. Closed at 930am when they just opened at 8am. A medication that I was receiving for over a decade they stopped carrying and no one can tell me why. I called the manufacturer and the medication is completely fine, yet Walgreens can’t order it. Makes absolutely no sense? Hire competent people please.

Absolutely ridiculous!! How many times should you have to explain that your child needs nebulizer solution & an inhaler!! They kept telling me that one was filled, as if that's going to be sufficient. Those who answer the phones can't pronounce the meds they are dispensing and have little knowledge of what's being requested. When I called initially I was told there were no more refills, "but we will contact the doctor." That's a joke. Four days later, " you have no refills, we will contact the doctor". No thanks!! I contacted them myself, am sending my husband to get her meds ( so I don't flip), and will be transferring all her essentials to a different pharmacy!! Not one where everybody knows your name, but at least they will know their basics. Do Better

The only person that knows what they are doing is the pharmacist. The black chick working at the counter is so rude. She kept putting in the wrong information and told me it's my insurance. When I told her she was wrong and she doesn't know what she's doing she literally tried to jump over the counter and fight me! The pharmacist had to hold her back! The chick is gonna get Walgreens sued. Thankfully the pharmacist gave me back the prescriptions to fill elsewhere. CVS had NO problem filling my medication. I will never go to that Walgreens again and I would advise anyone else to stay away

Totally clueless pharmacy. Left hand has no idea what the right is doing. One day a prescrption costs $60, a month later it costs $180 and they're telling me to my face that I've always paid that. It's like being gaslighted by a store. I wish this platform would let me give them zero stars.

Sat 12-23 about 3:00 pm.Went to pick up my prescription. There was no one ahead of me. They lady at the window told her co workers she had to go look for something and there was someone to be waited on. She left the room and went elsewhere in the building. The occasional person walked by and glanced at me and did nothing. No one came to help me and I waited for about ten minutes until the lady came back and she got my order. She acted surprised that no one helped me. At lease she waved my co-pay. Still, I will be using another pharmacy from now on I wish I could give no stars.
