I was very impressed with the way the vet that we saw handled my anxious dog. I have always had great experiences with the vets and their assistants. They show kindness and compassion ❤️. I would recommend them to everyone who has pets

Coco loves coming to VMC, even after many visits when she was in great pain. She and her parents have been treated respectfully, even when our stress levels were off the chart. Her care was amazing and she is progressing very well. Follow up has been helpful and encouraging. Everyone in the office has been kind and considerate and accommodating.

I give 1 star because I had too and because the place was so clean. If you want don't want to empty your pockets stay away from here. I see people give this place all these stars when this place charged me a large amount just to tell me she didn't know and couldn't do nothing for my cat. X rays wouldn't show anything and she couldn't look down my cat's throat she said. To look in his mouth she would have to partially sedate him so I let her because I was desperate. So at the end of visit she said she has no idea why he is gagging and No meow, let's not forget I had to pay over $300.00 for nothing. I am so disappointed.

Your staff has always been phenonimal in our experience. Murphy actually loves Dr. M. She has seen him since he was a puppy. She actually asks for my input and opinion which is appreciated. Check in and check out was seamless. I received tech assistance to offload Murphy due to a paw injury. I also received assistance loading him back in the vehicle. Everyone at the clinic is great. Murphy is probably the ONLY dog in history who doesn't want to leave the clinic! I could probably cut him loose for a couple of hours and he would never bat an eye. I'll never take him elsewhere. Murphy is ridiculously nosy, friendly and observes zero personal boundaries. The entire staff is so patient and understanding of his nature. He's a good bad boy and they undertand him.

This place was more than what I expected. I would have given 5 stars but the expense. Not upset tho. It is a 24 hr place so I get it. But service was above and beyond and they caught something with my lil girl early and she's doing great now. Will definitely use this place again and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks for taking care of my "lil" girl.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the Veterinary Medical Center of Easton. After being turned away by another vet during a critical situation, I was fortunate to find VMC. Their swift and compassionate response saved my dog’s life. Dr. Beck, Dr. Maltby, and the entire team have been phenomenal, especially as my dog has since faced numerous health challenges and 3 more surgeries.
The level of dedication at VMC is remarkable. They meet regularly to discuss cases, ensuring that each situation receives expert attention. Their commitment to the patient's well-being and recovery is evident in remarkable. The staff’s kindness and compassion have made each visit reassuring, not just for Hattie but for our entire family.
Note to anyone new to the area, as I was a year ago, the Eastern Shore does not have local 24/7 emergency veterinary clinic. Annapolis and Salisbury are the closest locations so if at all possible, plan ahead. VMC s open until 8 PM and on Saturdays.
VMC provides top-notch medical care and genuinely caring environment.

I am living on the eastern shore this summer before a military move overseas. With no established vet here a family member recommended VMC-Easton when one of my dogs suddenly got an ear infection. The staff who answered the phone were incredibly kind and got me a fairly quick appointment. My dog has developed vet anxiety after a traumatic vet appointment somewhere else earlier this year. The vet techs had SO much patience with my dog and didn’t rush her at all or force an exam on her. Dr. Littleton was also so kind and was extra sweet with her. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs a vet in the area!

We have been patients of VMC for over 3 years. We have always felt that the Doctors truly care about our dogs. The phone calls to check on them after sick visits mean so much! We recommend the practice to anyone looking for a Vet.

Very kind and accommodating. They are working hard to meet the needs of all pets and pet parents. Even though we weren't able to save our ferret they did everything possible to try and were very patient and caring while we grieved.

They noticed and complemented on Lexie’s improved behavior when blood was taken, she was examined and when she got shots. The receptionist got us into a room quickly so Lexie’s exuberance could be better controlled. We just love all of you!!!
