Jay did a great job, changing our phones over after we were given a run around at the Verizon store in Cambridge. He was very helpful and patience.

Went in to see Tyjah and she was awesome! I was very frustrated with my experiences previous to coming in and she made the transfer and process of getting our account new phones very easy and helpful!
