The website shows the hours to drop off packages after 12:00. When I got there at 2:00, the sign changed to 3:15. Disappointing.

Received a voice mail from you guys after hours on my work phone that my package address was incorrect to call back Nancy to fix it. I called back the next morning and the girl that answered informed me that Nancy wouldn't be back in the office until 3 & that I need to call back. I suggested that maybe she could help me get the address corrected and she said no that I would need to speak with Nancy. I informed her that we paid a lot of money to have a package overnighted to me and that it would be helpful if she could assist. She told me that the screw up was not on UPS's behalf and that I would have to wait to speak with Nancy. I asked if she had a computer that she knew how to use to look up my tracking info. Then she hung up on me.... What in the hell happened to customer service and being helpful?

Please fix your hours!!! 3:15-7:30pm. So frustrating to finally "find" the store to have it be closed!!! If your hours were right on google maps, I would have happily come when opened! Please fix! TYVM!

Decent place with a decent attendant. Would've been 5 stars but I was told I had to go elsewhere to be able to print out a label as mine wasn't legible enough. Seemed strange to me that at a shipping center you couldn't print out a label somehow.

Online hours start at 12. Drove over there and sign said 3:15. Be nice if they would fix it. I took my package to Staples.

What happened to speaking with your customers? My husband has medical supplies that need to be delivered but we can't get through the answering machine! A diabetic without his supplies is not a good thing. Not being able to speak to a human so that can we arrange for us to do their job, (picking up the products from their warehouse) is crazy. And by the way why did we get a notice that no one was home...wrong answer. There were three people in our home all day! Plus, our dog informs us when there's a knock at the door. Inexcusable!

If I could give zero stars I would... I've attempted to go to this location since the end of December and no matter what time I've went, customer service is closed. I've even called UPS at least 3 times and I was assured that they were open and giving their hours, only to get there and they were closed.

I have tried to call someone at the ÷Easton office 10 times but the recording will Not let me talk to anyone there. I dropped off a box to be shipped out with a return label on the 7th of Feb. I get a msg today telling me they need more info to ship, so I Try to call the office in Easton to confirm what they need OR if this was a Scam, Help!!!

A package couldn't be delivered to our house because of bad weather. We watched on the UPS app as the truck came close to our house but ultimately went back to the UPS facility. Our app suddenly said: "Package Undeliverable" when it was saying "Deliver coming soon" or something similar five minutes prior. The package was a computer and my daughter has been tied to our house for 2 days because it had to be signed for. The computer company sent us notices each day saying it would be delivered on that day. My daughter was leaving for college soon and had to have the computer ASAP. When we saw on the app that the truck had driven by, I immediately drove over to the UPS facility. There were trucks everywhere. I spoke with one driver and explained my situation. He was incredibly kind and told me where I could find a back office with "a lady in it." I weaved through some trucks and found the office and the lady. I explained my situation and the Lady was amazing. After 10 minutes she found my package and my daughter had her computer. UPS employees, you were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank You so much!
