If you come here at certain times, expect to wait in line. Self checkout lines are closed and only 2 registers open. Employee said SCO lines open at 10 am, it was past 10am. From what ive read on reddit, it's target forcing metrics for SCO to be under 50%. So inconveniencing customers is fine with them as long as numbers look good...

Gave my mother harsh issues regarding buying something. She decides to buys it online, yet must leave for 2 hours and pick it up later. We are now being told it was sold to somebody else, even though we had the items in our cart and paid for. We were not allowed to take the items. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to customers. Also, they are very ugly.

Limits self check out times but won’t staff registers or customer service. Expect long waits at any point that employees are required.

I find Target to be perfect for any of my shopping needs. They offer a wide selection of products, and I have never walked into a Target store without finding what I needed. Compared to many other retail stores that use mobile apps, Target has one of the better apps. The app works seamlessly and shows you what is or isn't in stock and the aisle where the product is located, which is very helpful.
However, my only complaint does not involve my experience as a customer. Instead, it is regarding the condition of the staff. When I hear the managers speak to their staff, through their walkie-talkies or even face to face, they always seem to have a degrading tone towards anyone they talk to. I could be completely wrong, but big corporations are not notorious for viewing their staff as anything more than a means to their paychecks.
Regardless, my needs as a shopper are usually met. There may be slight inconveniences here and there, but every place could be better. It would be helpful to see the self-checkouts remain open or increase the number of cashiers working. The idea of reducing theft is excellent; however, if this is a concern, don't allow customers to steal up to a certain amount while you build a case. Doing this shows that there is a limit on how much one can steal and receive no repercussions.

Great value for housewares, food, clothes, seasonal stuff, in a bright, immaculate, well organized store. Staff helpful, cheerful,and courteous--but not enough of them for checking out, alas. P.S. The lack of staff is especially evident in the pharmacy.

I really like this Target! This location is very well stocked. They have a Starbucks inside of this location right near the entrance. All of the toy aisles were well stocked with different toys. I was able to find a lot of summer and water supplies for kids. And I was able to find a great selection of playdoh. And there were plenty of items on clearance to browse around.

This particular store has a a number of team members standing, idly; while there are a few scrambling and genuinely trying to be helpful to customers. On two recent trips to this store, I inquired of several team members where specific brand items could be found. Vacant looks and "I don't know" responses. Each team member had a scanner re: inventory item lookup! They didn't even bother to attempt to be helpful. They need fewer "personal shoppers" and more cashiers / customer service help. One gal in customer service was amazing! Natasha was patient with several people ahead of me. Their returns were complicated; some didn't have correct documents, method of payment used, or had returned too many items without receipt. One was trying to return merchandise which Target doesn't sell. Natasha was patient, professional, and courteous with each customer. A couple of customers were belligerent and rude. Natasha remained calm and patient; she is a true asset to this store's team!

Email order ready for pickup, get there no order ready. After standing there 10 min I knew. The associate actually went out to shop for my order. I was in this store an hour waiting.
