I love the Tmobile store in town, however as a company and service provider Tmobile doesn't provide the quality of coverage they promise and if you are anywhere away from the city, I hope you don't need to be in touch, because you'll only have emergency access to 911

Amazing customer experience and service provided by Sly this morning. Came from out of state for work and while traveling my charger cord died and needed a quick replacement. Sly saw me waiting outside my car and asked if I was waiting on them to open. He kindly invited me in, 10min prior to opening and got me fixed up and on my way! Although I told him I wasn't a TMobile user, I would highly consider or recommend to anyone looking based on his exceptional, genuine service, and professionalism. Thank you again, Sly! I'd like to thank Sylvester and Ashley for all of their help today! Great customer service and worked with me for two and a half hours to get my pesky sim changed from Sprint to T-Mobile. Awesome job.

Come on down to T-Mobile in Easton, the staff is very friendly and super helpful not just in helping you find the perfect phone or phone plan for you but also for anything. One of the workers Sylvester helped me to change a flat tire on my car. He was a literal angel! Thank you so much for all your help :)

Daryl was wonderful. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store for an upgrade. The store was clean and cute. We were greeting by management when we entered and Daryl was right there to service us. He gave us parting thank you gifts and told us if we needed anything, we could contact him. The best phone experience ever+

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their inventory is a bit light, but they were able to set up expedited shipping of the phone. Overall a positive experience.

My experience was stellar today . Sylvester provided amazing customer services as an advocate with customer service for me . I was advised that I needed to go to the store to solve my issue. No notation was made on my account and customer service was not cooperating . Sylvester was fantastic navigating to the right person to solve my issues. The store manager even came over to check and make sure I was happy with the results . Thank you !

What a pleasant atmosphere! Today I had an awesome experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the store manager (Spencer) and he started taking care of my situation right away. I had a lot of problems last Sunday when switching from AT&T to T-mobile over the phone therefore Spencer and later added to the scenario the Sales Expert (Sly) had a lot on their hands to deal with. After a few hours of hard work and connecting with the right agents over the phone Spencer and Sly were able to get me the service I needed and got me on the road. It would be an understatement to say that they change a very bad situation to a positive outcome. What an awesome team!

You can't call the store because the phone number goes to someone's personal voicemail. Also all the associates in the store tell you to go online or call customer service if you want to add a phone or change your service. No one knows how to do anything.

Not sure how to delete my last review until I get home to my computer.I went into the store very upset this morning. I’ve been dealing with a promo issue since October. Karen was really good, she explained everything that had transpired. She called corporate and advocated for me and she got in touch with the Director of Loss Prevention. By the time I left she gave me something in writing stating the problem would be corrected in the next day or two. I’m very thankful to have finally reached someone at this company with compassion and the drive to provide excellent customer service.
