Not welcoming, I had walked in with my young children and the lady at the register was talking about walking around her store naked after hours. I find the topic of conversation unprofessional. I expect a small town shop to be welcoming and at least a hello from any worker. I had also gone in another time, finally with a greeting, and bought a vest for my daughter. This vest's zipper and pockets had both broken within the first week and i tried to get a return or anything, but of course did not prevail.

Bought my daughter a 50$ Sherpa vest for Christmas, zipper broke first day and hole in pocket . The Walmart fuzzy vests hold up better . Sorry:( also store policy of not Redeeming gift cards during sales ????that seems unfair ..

Being in a form of customer service my entire career, it is nice to go in a Shop where you want to "shop small" as you want to have a warm-welcoming feeling going in. This WAS NOT the case here. They were too carried in with their own conversations, eating and didn't even thank me for shopping there. I had to tell them thank you before I left. They had a look of disgust which I would have rather returned what I bought instead of wasting my money at a shop that didn't care if you even came in. I wouldn't waste my time, money or effort walking into this store ever again.
