Sent web inquiries through their website and left phone messages on their business voicemail with no response to either. Visited their physical listed address at 114 South Washington St. Suite 202 (McCord Building), they don't exist (vacant space). I wanted to do business with a local business, but if their customer service acumen is any indication, I suspect I'd be best served elsewhere. I'm guessing they are out-of-business?

Have been using Spiderweb for over three years. They created my website and monitor my companies online accuracies. Susan is excellent to work with and has a great company. I recommend them to anyone looking to start or maintain an online website.
