As they pointed out, I won’t find anywhere else to store my boat and trailer for that cheap but you sure get what you pay for! The first thing they need to understand is we are customers, they are not doing us a favor. They will point out that they warn there are no assigned spaces, as if this is the problem. You can’t get 8 gallons into a 5 gallon jug. That slight bit of simple physics seems lost on them as the owner buys and stores his ‘toys’ (junk) all over and wherever he pleases. This is a terribly run business with, worse, total disregard for the needs of its customers. If this dude wants to use his lot to store his stuff then do so but if he is going to rent space he needs to have the space available. If you need a cheap place to store a trailer, old car or boat long term then this may work for you but if you want to use be prepared to return to no place to park.
