They do not stand behind the warranty on tires had a wire popped out the side wall clearly it was the tire not something I ran over gave me a run around so I went to spurrys Brent took care of me there so for tires go to tire shop

Saved me a lot of money, quick repair, very courteous as always. While there, I heard the lady behind the desk on the phone. She was telling a man he can pay as he gets paid, over time, but they wanted him to have a fixed vehicle. This is small town America, you absolutely don't find this in many places anymore. They will always get my business, not just because of my experience, but because how they treat the community!

I had some custom exhaust work done to my car and an oil change. They did everything they said would do and had complete on time with fair pricing. Even after the work had been complete I needed a quick adjustment made with the exhaust and they had me in there quickly and adjusted what was needed. Customer service has been top notch and I will be using them again.

I am VERY impressed with Phoenix Automotive. We had some exhaust work completed last month at Phoenix. They charged a very reasonable price, and were able to fit me in the same day. Fast forward a month, and I had to have another repair done on the exhaust (really couldn't drive the vehicle the way it was) and they told me to come in in about an hour. They were able to fit me in, and fixed it immediately. They also didn't charge me! They really stand behind their work. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I highly recommend them for any exhaust work that needs to be done.
