I have spoken with Dave Townsend, who is absolutely great. He assisted me from start to finish with getting my vehicle serviced. Gave me a reasonable quote and set up an appt to get it fixed. I was able to drop off my vehicle the night before and was able to pick it up after hours. They are quick and efficient. I truly highly recommend if you need any service done! And they do reach out to you to ensure everything is working well. That is what Ben has done. So, overall amazing and they do listen/care! Thank you again!
Update: Still having the same issue with my vehicle. The light for the "Service Traction Control" and "Service Stabilitrak" is still coming up. Not sure what else to do about it. I dropped it down to 4 because it's still not resolved.

Took my Honda Civic here for an alignment. When you walk in the man behind the counter is the owner. Ben is very well spoken and has outstanding customer service character.
He even text me personally a few days later to make sure everything was good with my car. You cant find a place like this anymore!

Their prices are in the same range as most others but their service is very good.
Pro Tip: Don't buy cheap tires. Get the good ones... your family is worth the extra few bucks.

Got a lot of maintenance done on my husband's truck recently and the service and consultative approach they took was so refreshing. I never once felt like we were getting pushed to do anything unnecessary, and they took the time to understand our needs. They outlined all our options and kept us informed throughout the process as they figured out what was wrong and what might need to be done. They did not proceed with any new work (even if it was necessary work) without first checking in with us to make sure we wanted to proceed. We will be bringing all out family vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough positive things about Mid Atlantic! If you are looking for a shop you can trust - look no further than Mid Atlantic, seriously. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their team is incredible knowledgeable and continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle is taken care of promptly and efficiently.
What sets them apart, in my mind, is their unmatched expertise and honesty. I trust them implicitly with my vehicle- they seriously have my bests interests at heart. They actually take the time to explain any issues and offer transparent recommendations without ANY pressure. Plus they have the new digital inspection report, which is incredible. They also have a texting appointment thing set up that makes my life so much easier.

Amazing place with very helpful staff. When my tire pressure light came on en route from Maryland’s Eastern Shore to the Baltimore area, they did a quick check, added air and sent me on my way with no charge. Trust me, I would have paid quite a bit not to attempt the Bay Bridge worried about a possible flat.

I was in need of new tires and saw this place had wonderful reviews, and now I know why. Throughout the process, David and Ben made it possible for me to get scheduled immediately with their busy schedule. On the day of, they called and texted me early to inform me that there was a small delay, but could fit me in as soon as possible. After I was done, they still checked on me a week and a month later. Due to them being incredibly attentive, This is my go to place now!
