I was looking for an extra firm mattress and Tom showed us several different options. He explained the differences in the bed features. We wers able to find a king size Serta mattress met our comfort and budget needs.

We actually did really good here. Went to look at some mattresses, possibly purchasing but not 100% sure. The salesman ( Tom) was great! No high pressure and was very knowledgeable. He helped us for over an hour and we found something that we wanted and got it on the labor day sale! I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Tom!

I recently purchased a mattress for my mom who is 95, and Andrew at Mattress Firm in Easton made it not only easy but enjoyable!I was worried about how she would be going through the process of picking out a new mattress. Andrew explained things thoroughly and concisely, honing in immediately on what she needed--and liked--after trying the first "tester" mattress. She sold me and my mom on the adjustable base--which for my mom--is not "life changing!" I am a fellow salesperson and appreciate the way he did his thing, and I never felt pressured or being "sold!:I would highly recommend Mattress Firm AND highly suggest that Andrew get a big fat raise asap! He is a huge asset to your store!On another note, deliver was efficient and easy and on time--and again, very easy! Overall a FAB experience!
