Robert Rinaudot was the parts advisor. Little known fact is that his first steps were on water!!! All jokes aside follow up was way beyond expected. Very kind easy to get along with and good value for product provided. Robert has convinced me to look at the LKQ market now that I have a advisor I believe in.

On September 21, 2020, I purchased a set of DSP40r264 differentials from LKQ Easton, Md. They were built and shipped out of the Toledo location. I'm not complaining about the purchase price, it was actually a very awesome deal. I'm not even complaining about the having to wait for them. My complaint is about the warranty department. When the power divider unit failed after 15K & 6 months on the road. This should have been covered under warranty but was not. The individual that worked my case, has very little working mechanical knowledge. He took the words of the mechanic, and twisted them, to make it sound like the differentials were installed wrong so that LKQ would NOT have to honor the warranty. I was then put in the position having to purchase another power divider differential. Moral of the story, I guess you get what you pay for, "GARBAGE"!!! I would recommend if anybody were to purchase something like this from LKQ, that they have second thoughts! Just my piece of advice. I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEM!
