Very bad experience with this pharmacy. I am new to the area and wanted to use a community pharmacy and not CVS or Walgreens. My doctor sent a prescription for a Dexcom G7 monitor. I was told they don't stock those, and it had to be ordered. I waited two weeks to call and get the status but was told they only order those devices for EXISTING CUSTOMERS! I was trying to establish being a customer with them. If this is how they treat new customers, beware.

Excellent, concerned, and professional staff. Ask about medication packaging options and delivery too. Very service oriented ...Excellent with special needs requests.

Horrible customer service. I called to have them look into seeing what they have for inventory on just one thing and they wouldn't even try. Pathetic and Lazy.

Possibly the worst run business in the entire country. I gave up and went to Marc Cuban. The incompetence is mind boggling. When driving there I'm always thinking...what did they screw up this time. They never disappoint!

I have been using Hills for several years to compound a every 12 hour vet med for my cat. Service, up until the last few month, was great, lately the med has not been done in a timely manner, my vet calls med in 3 days ahead and it is taking 2-3 days this is not right, this is good Friday 2023, med was called in 3 days ago and I will not have it until Mon or Tues??! Now I am forced to drive to the vet to pick up pills to get him thru the weekend. Vet will be looking into other sources. Meds for pets are just as vital as for humans, very disappointed in Hills, evidently their caring has fallen off, shame! Funny, you respond to favorable reviews but ignor the unfavorable, proving that your caring staff really does not care, do you even read these?

Phone in script on a Saturday, called back on a Wednesday, told it would be ready Thursday, had to call back Friday. Told it wouldn't be ready till Monday. Talk to pharmacist and given a sorry..unreliable, do not believe their information

Poor customer service. Instead of calling me because of an insurance issue they unilaterally decided not to make my prescription. A simple phone call informing me of this and we could've made alternate arrangements. I absolutely refuse to return there. FYI this wasn't just a one day thing this went on for 4 days. Terrible.

Being the cancer caregiver for my 74 year old diabetic and cancer surgery survivor mother has been a task, but Hills staff (especially Mya) always comes through with knowledge,products and services!!
