Was looking at getting another Ford from Easton Hertrich but they seem to have had a management change an no longer want to be bothered with sales nor there past sales. 3 out of 6 vehicles they could not produce a title to months after the sale. Had to trade those back at a loss. A vehicle without a title isnt much good to you . They have a slip they give you WE OWE if they do not have what the vehicle comes with such as keys mats or damage. Sales person JORDAN WAS TO FOLLOW UP ON THESE He wont answer text phone nor return either months after the sale. Nor will the new General Manager George . They all ghost you. There title dept calls me for titles they never processed or sent to me. So if you want Poor salesmanship with no follow up with a dealership that sold cars without titles an does not honor there sales promises this is it. I would not recommend shopping here.

Quickest I've ever bought a car. From the moment I walked in and told Scott what I was looking for to walking out with my new keys was under 3 hours. Everyone was super hospitable while maintaining a fun environment, as well. Highly recommend!

Everyone that I dealt with while I was at Hertrich Ford of Easton was very nice and professional. The work on my car was done quickly and thoroughly. I have been taking my car for service there since I purchased it over three years ago, and have not once been disappointed. Highly recommend taking your car there for service.

Had the best car buy experience of my life! My sales person, Scott Spittler, was very knowledgeable, took an intrest in me, friendly, and very promp when answering questions. Not once did I feel like I was getting a bad deal, or feelings of buyer's remorse. All the staff at Hertrich that I delt, and didn't deal with were friendly, happy, and went out of their way to provide the best customer service. Hertrich ford was well worth the 2 hour drive to do my business with them, and I'll continue working with them.

Texted Brent out of the blue on a Thursday afternoon saying I was in the market for a truck. He texted me the EXACT truck I was looking for by Thursday evening. Bought it Friday early afternoon. Brent, the other salesmen, and the sales managers were fantastic to work with! Always felt like they were up front with information, answered questions fully, and never felt like I was just another sale. The Finance department on the other hand...just be more vigilant than I was when it comes to that part. That said, the sales department definitely made this a 5-star experience! I'll be back for my future auto purchases.

I cannot say thank you enough to Jeff Hatch and the rest of the Service team. It was Friday, the day after the 4th of July and our Expedition was intermittently losing all power and coasting to a stop. We needed an urgent repair before driving back home to the DC area on a highway where suddenly losing power could lead to a horrific accident. Service was fully booked, but Jeff somehow squeezed us in. They were able to diagnose a serious but repairable problem that another dealership in Northern Virginia couldn’t figure out and had actually given our car a clean bill of health. Somehow we made it the Eastern Shore without a problem, but then the car broke down three times on the 4th of July. We were scared to drive the car home. Jeff saved the day. From now on, we are going to try and time our service visits to when we will be in the Easton area so we can get our service done at Hertrich Ford, rather than the NOVA dealership that let us down. Thank you, Jeff, for everything.

Our salesman Jordan was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions via text. When we arrived at the dealership he listened to what we wanted and offered different options. The GM introduced himself, finance was a breeze and delivery of our new truck was quick! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Hertrich Easton

This. Was. An. Amazing. Experience! Loved Scott, he was very helpful and determined to find the best fit for my partner and I. The delivery and driving service was amazing and the process of the paperwork was made super easy and fast!
All in all, I highly recommend, not only this establishment, but also Scott as well!

Kevin and Brent were amazing. Kevin worked hard to get a good APR for us. Brent even detailed the car because the guy called out that day. I went to test drive and ended up driving out with a 2024 Bronco Sport Outer Banks Edition. Fully loaded. So happy I stopped in. I’m in love with my Bronco Esmeralda. 5 ⭐️’s for the team in Easton!! Thank you so much for making this lady happy!!
