My boyfriend just had one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever seen at the Great Clips in Easton. The stylist, Abby (spelling may vary), was extremely unprofessional and completely incompetent. She forgot to check him in, confused him with another client who shared her name, and cut his hair in a way that looks nothing like what he asked for.
This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location to anyone after what we experienced. He came home looking ridiculous, and I’ve never been so frustrated with a business. I will be sharing this experience with my social media following, because mistakes like this should never happen.

Took my daughter in for a back to school cut and it’s completely uneven and crooked. Will be taking her to a friends salon to get it fixed which I shouldn’t have to do. Will not be back!!

Went in with long ( middle of back ) curly hair. Asked to have to cut to shoulder length with curtain bangs. The women who cut it botched the layers so badly ( 2-3 inch layers cut into the back) that I ended up walking out with a SHORT haircut above the ears. I am devastated pics below are what I asked for vs what I ended up with. It is going to take years to get my long curls back.

I really like their online checkin, as I can plan my trip better without too much waiting once I arrive (they don’t take reservations). Stylists tend to listen well when describing my cut. Everyone is pretty friendly, and quick.

Had an awful experience at another place in Easton, so brought my son here instead and I’m SO glad I did. Dameka is the BEST. She is so kind and made sure my son was comfortable. She’s such a ray of sunshine and I recommend her to everyone!
