This goodwill has become absolutely ridiculous with their pricing, used jeans for $14, used button ups for $11, used jackets for $20+. It also frequently smells quite poor, last time I visited it smelled like cat urine throughout the whole store. This store seems to have forgotten that all of their merchandise is donated to them free of charge by the same citizens that they are ripping off in the store with their inflated prices. My suggestion is you just go to the Marshalls 5 mins down the road, the prices are equivalent and all the merchandise is new with tags.

This used to be such a great friendly store, I don't know how people can be so rude when you donating items for them so sell.

I have been shopping there for a very long time. The prices were really affordable for me at the time. I'm a senior, on limited income. I LOVED the fact that I could actually go to a store and buy something without having to go without food for awhile. I'm so SADDENED to say, I can NO LONGER do this . I don't know why this is happening, but I'd love for someone to help me understand why , or who has taken this privilege from me, by jacking up prices so high that I can no longer enjoy that ," happy moment " of being able to buy a knickknack or a nice blouse to wear to church.
I'd like to hear from SOMEONE about this.
I'm sure I'm not the only senior with this disappointment.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PLEASE reconsider raising your prices, out of alot of peoples reach. If OTHER Goodwill stores can do it, SO CAN YOU.
I have gotten SO many beautiful, unusual, useful things from your store, in the past.
Please ? stop the price jacking. Some people NEED you to make them feel better.

Yeah, the prices are atrocious, but at this point, that’s just to be expected from Goodwill. What’s really crazy is that we’re in 2024 and Goodwill refuses to open its fitting rooms “for our safety.” I find it very difficult to believe that this is a COVID-19 measure and not just laziness. Would not shop here again.“We receive all our wares as donations, mark up the prices beyond belief, and we won’t let you try on the clothes that are actually wearable.” Give me a break.

This place sucks, Let's sell used items stored in cardboard boxes with tarps that have holes in them. That will definitely keep the items dry and let's show how much we care about selling used goods, the same quality items can be picked up for free off the ground ? ?. Please go out of business soon so we can shop with real people who care.

The only reason I still buy from this place is because the clothing selection is pretty good. However, the prices are high and the manager and staff I’ve met at this location have been rude and abrupt. I’ve seen them mistreat other customers as well. The money we spend at this store helps others in recovery - a little kindness and customer service would go a long way to keep us coming back. Some retraining is definitely in order. OPEN YOUR DRESSING ROOMS.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I was in the Easton Goodwill in the late afternoon/evening when there was only one employee trying to run the whole store. She was tired, a little frazzled, but she was friendly and professional and enjoyable to shop with. Today, Wednesday aka Senior discount day, there were at least two employees there one of whom was obviously not the boss. The other one was rude, and very unpleasant to do business with, refused to give me her name even before it was clear how much she should not be working in a customer facing position. I sometimes ask for names from unmarked/no ID persons so I can give good reviews, but this one was already snarly. I will not be going back to this store EVER because a) not enough employees to be safe, and b) unpleasant, mean-tempered employees who should not be anywhere near co-workers or customers.

Prices are way too high. No consideration is given for stained clothing, worn soles on shoes etc. Employees... Not very nice. No one speaks to you even if you say hello upon entering. Someone needs to teach the young girl with the braids how to interact with customers and be a little friendly. She will not in engage in any type of conversation. Can barely get a Yes or No answer from her.

the smell inside was so foul we could not even shop. a lot of goodwill stores have a slight musty smell but this one smelled like a dirty diaper, literally! it was so strong throughout the entire store we had to leave. saw another review that complained about a bad smell so hoping this is not an ongoing problem. it smells like it could be a biohazard. hoping they will clean the store but regardless we likely will not be shopping here again.

Smells like urine, cashier was SLOW and smacking on gum. Didn't have change in her register so I couldn't pay cash for my things. Next time I will dig through the garbage before shopping in there.

Called asking if they had newborn clothes (for child's babydoll). Whoever answered the phone only said, "I dunno". That was it. Great help.

Pricing has gotten completely out of hand. One of the worst priced goodwills on the entire eastern shore. Staff is also an issue typically.
