i’m not sure about the store really but i came to sell my xbox and the store was closed but the sign outside says they are open and i tried to call and no one answered the phone i just think it’s poor customer service

Don’t buy your games here! They want 60$ still for multiple new games that you can easily get in Walmart or target for 39.99 now. I then asked what’s the used price and they say 55$. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I’m surprised this place hasn’t went under yet

I recently purchased a PS5 used controller. As well as 3 games and signed up for pro rewards membership. I recently called because they sold me a broken controller one of the triggers do not work correctly The adaptive trigger is faulty. OK things happen I told them about this for a replacement even though I have a receipt and a pro reward membership they refused to replace A broken item they sold me. They didn't even offer any other course of action. This is a $40 controller. This is not good at all. Very disappointing!!!

Terrible store. My son who is 17 bought a game with cash on Saturday. Monday he tried to return the game as his grandmother bought him the same game for his birthday. The game was brand new, unopened and we tried to return within 2 days of buying it. My son was denied returning the item getting his cash back because he is under 18. How can a 17 year old buy a game for cash, but can’t return it and get his cash back??? They would only offer store credit, which he did not want. Even spoke to the store manager, Hannah. She then proceeded to direct me to Game Stop Help, who cannot even help. This is terrible.

Drove 35 min so my kids could spend some of the money they'd saved up. The store was closed so they could clean and sanitize. They said they should reopen sometime around 6 or so.....I'm not waiting in my car for an hour! Spray some Lysol and let's go. So ridiculous. They spent their money on eBay and bought some games. We'll stick to that from now on.

I have never dealt with employees who are so blatantly rude in my life... not only to customers but to their coworkers as well. It's 2022, everybody is overworked and understaffed. Everybody is tired. It is absolutely no excuse to be so disrespectful. I felt horrible for the (apparently?) new hire, Mari. Getting snapped at instead of corrected in a constructive way. What a horrible work environment, as well as a horrible experience as a customer. Sale prices from 2 days ago still on the walls. I was told they haven't had time to take them down... yet the man (no name tag on either hateful employee) was just standing there with his arms crossed slinging insults at the other employee.

Been a customer for years at this GameStop, but they have had a high turnover rate of employees recently. New employees are not knowledgeable of their own policies and also very rude. Never shopping there again.

Mike is a lifesaver. My friend was about to drive two hours for a controller replacement because no one in her city would help her. He suggested a quick fix and saved her a trip. He’s a rockstar!
